With a 'Speakeasy - Selection' spanning the whole Century, they've seen action in the fields (Womad 2017, Bestival 2017, Boomtown, Party like Gatsby - Copenhagen) and have been titled the Yorkshire Wedding Magazine's Wedding Band of the Year 2016.

The Postmodern Pops perform pop songs with a vintage jazzy twist in their own special way. The band covers all of your favourite hits from the 70s to the present day with energy and authenticity. Vintage Vibes is a duo formed by Linn on main vocals and Jean-Loup on guitar, ukulele and backing vocals. They are specialised in vintage music: jazz, blues, swing and revisited contemporary pop songs. Their acoustic performance creates an old-fashioned classy atmosphere. Cozy background music or up-tempo lively rhythms, they can deliver the perfect mix to set the mood as you want it, bringing your event to the next level.

Who says Folk music is only about jigs and reels! Covering everything from The White Stripes to One Republic, utilising Guitars, Violin, Harmony Vocals and Percussion (and even breaking out the Mandolin when the time is just right!) The Lost will bring songs you know and love to life in a whole new way. Individually, they have toured across world to venues large and small, going to exotic locations in the name of supporting huge acts you'll hear in the charts today. Together, they have played in various outfits for well over ten years, and will use all of this experience to make your event a night to remember!
The rootsiest honky-tonk, zydeco, jazz and R&B in London

If you were traveling between the smoky bars of the US's deep south, there's a good chance you'd find a band not unlike the The Rampart Street Ramblers. Authentically reproducing roots music like Honky-Tonk, Zydeco, Jazz, Folk and R&B - on this side of the Atlantic - is what this band are all about. Comprised of seasoned musicians that are all experienced pros, they have worked alongside music royalty such as Van Morrison, Paul McCartney, Jeff Beck, Bob Geldof, Nick Lowe, Loudon Wainright III, The Penguin Cafe Orchestra and Richard Thompson.
Surrey based Mumford and Sons-style Wedding Band!

Based in Surrey, Kingston Folk are a truly exciting 5-piece band, offering 3 flexible options – vintage style folk band, electric rock/pop band and roaming acoustic set up. When describing their sound, Kingston Folk ask you to “Imagine Mumford and Sons playing a Rihanna song at Glastonbury festival”… and that sums them up pretty well! Jazz/Swing Ska/Soul band!

Georgia's musical influences range from Louis Prima to Paolo Nutini. She was described by Warner A&R as “The missing link between Amy Winehouse and Paloma Faith". Georgia's debut single has been played on BBC radio 2's Janice Long Show and BBC introducing's Gary Crowley Show, performing with her band “VY Band” live for the latter at The Scoop London Bridge for BBC's summer festival and for BBC radio Kent as The James Whale Show house band . Georgia has been interviewed and performed live on BBC radio London's Mark Forrest Show and her EP release, more recently, has also been promoted on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk shows. Georgia is normally supported by her ‘BIG’ band, but can perform solo or acoustically if preferred for shorter sets.
New Orleans style brass band
Based in: London
Formed in 2007, Hot Rock Brass Band draw the basis of their sound from the parade band tradition of steamy New Orleans. That said, this is by no means the limit of their influences; sousaphone player Graham Hughes has surrounded himself with whole host of professional Jazz musicians that also take inspiration from the music & culture of Eastern Europe, Latin America and Jamaica - to name but a few. The result is a highly versatile band that can arrange tunes on the fly and can seamlessly blend Funk, Latin, Jazz and Blues, while still keeping true to the New Orleans tradition. Hot Rock Brass Band can bring that Mardi Gras magic to your wedding, function or corporate event.
50's & 60's band with an authentic rock 'n' roll sound!

In the 50's & 60's Rock 'n' Roll was more than a new style of music. It was a cultural revolution. If you're looking to bring a touch of that raucous atmosphere to your event, then The Shakesters are the band for you! Looking sharp, and sounding even sharper, the group have been together for over 10 years, perfecting the hits of British beat groups like The Beatles, guitar hero's like Chuck Berry and 60's soul icons like Ben E. With vintage harmonies (and the outfits to match!) The Boogie Woogie Bugle Girls are one of the best UK vocal harmony groups. Their repertoire spans 50's classics to modern day interpretations and with harmonies as tight as their choreography, they are a group guaranteed to entertain! With past clients that stretch from huge names like Bentley, Twitter, BA and Cath Kidston to massive events like the FA cup final 2012, The Grand National and even the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in Hyde Park (with an audience of over 100,000 people!) just imagine what these ladies could bring to your corporate event or function!

Weddings with a vintage theme can produce some amazing memories, but why stop at the dress and the decor. Have your theme reflected in your choice of music too! Jazz singers can bring a sense of class to any drinks reception, folk bands can bring a touch of that grass roots festival vibe and Brass bands can have people up and dancing with the carefree abandon of a New Orleans street parade!
Vintage bands come in all sorts of shapes and sizes - they can be anything from a solo blues singer, 3 piece jazz combo or a 7 piece parade band, so always make sure you thoroughly read the information in the biography section, in order to be fully aware of all possible line ups. They can also span all sorts of genres including Rock n' Roll, Blues, Country and Jazz.
Top tip: Always speak to your venue about provisions for live music - some older country hotel retreats may not take kindly to a full brass section parading through the hallways if they have other guests sleeping in the rooms above!
