About Me
Hi, I’m Cara Bo and I’m a Hertfordshire-based singer with a passion for all things ‘music’! I am a trained vocalist and have been singing for over thirteen years. For many years I sang with choirs and have also been involved in amateur dramatic groups, as Musical Theatre has always been a love of mine. I studied Performing Arts at college and have since been performing professionally as a singer, covering a range of styles. I perform music through the decades, with a vintage feel, from the 30s to present day, including Musical Theatre, Country, Swing, Jazz, Classical, and Popular Music.
I regularly perform at different venues and for various types of events, including:

The Music
The type of music I sing covers a wide variety of styles. Performing mainly in care homes means that I get to perform many of the old classics, Jazz standards and Showtunes, all of which I love to sing! I believe these styles lend themselves perfectly to my voice and my way of performing. I am inspired by singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Vera Lynn, Doris Day and Dusty Springfield, and in the world of Theatre, legends such as Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand.
