Adding bongos and more to your favourite house and dance tracks, Bongo Lizzie gives the music an original feel and energy.
Lizzie plays a range of percussion instruments, and brings “pure energy” and a “passion for performing” to the music she plays.
She enjoys creating online content as well as playing live to audiences.
With a repertoire packed full of dance tracks, house music, techno, pop and more, Bongo Lizzie brings something unique and fun to any event.
Bongo Lizzie performs live at events including at festivals, clubs, corporate events, weddings and private parties. From house club nights to disco raves, she enhances the sounds of the DJ with cool percussion beats.
Lizzie loves collaborating with other DJ-live musicians such as saxophone players, violinists, brass players, to make events exciting and memorable.
She is an experienced musician, having started playing percussion at the age of 10 and performing across the world since then, from London’s Royal Albert Hall to China’s Forbidden City. She studied in Manchester at the Royal Northern College of Music.
All of this experience gives a unique and talented performance that promises to be a spectacle for audiences.

I play regularly for Butlin's as part of the Superstar DJ Show. It's great fun!
For DJ and Percussion, I normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up all the equipment and perform sound checks.
If it's just percussion, set up takes 30 minutes.
I'm happy to perform outside in reasonable conditions including shade or coverage over the performance area, a flat surface and a power supply.
Anything goes! I'm happy curating a set list around your tastes.

Bongo Lizzie performs a set of great tunes while enhancing them with a range of percussion instruments including bongos, congas, cymbals, cowbells, tambourines, tom toms, and maybe more. She fluently improvises rhythms to the sounds of the songs being played. An all-in-one act that will entertain you all evening.
Lizzie plays percussion to all sorts of genres of music, for example house, disco, pop, techno, rock, electronic dance music. She is a fluent improviser, so no musical genre is off the cards. For inspiration, check out her spotify playlist.
