Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We need a performance space of at least 8 meters x 5 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs but don’t have a lighting rig available at the moment.

What information do you require about a venue?

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

Earlier this year we were asked to play an intimate gig at the Brunel Museum in London. The acoustics in the venue were the best we’ve ever experienced and it was great to perform alongside Tim Thomas who wrote the theme tune to one of our favourite kids tv shows - Rainbow!

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

We love Boyce Avenue and the unique style of their covers but without a shadow of a doubt, the best song of all time has to be Bohemian Rhapsody - we’re still working on a cover of this.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

As previously mentioned, we met studying Musical Theatre at drama school so have been performing together in different ways for many years. We are lucky enough to have a variety of performance experience between us such as West End musicals, national choirs and cruise ship guest entertainment - to name a few.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite! The guests are always happy and it’s easy to get them dancing.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.

Are you happy to perform outside?

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 1 song. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would say we provide a feel good vibe and really enjoy our unique arrangements of popular songs.
