Yes – you can turn off the option on your enquiry form which asks the customer to specify their maximum budget.

To turn on/off the maximum budget option:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click “Edit listing“.
  3. Click “About your act
  4. Find the “Do you want to ask customers for a budget?” option and change as required.
  5. Click “Save changes“.

You may still receive some enquiry forms that include a maximum budget if customers have submitted multiple enquiries using our favourites system.
