"Adam was really good throughout the booking, responding to emails quickly, providing an extensive set list to pick songs we definitely wanted, ones we didn’t mind either way and ones we didn’t want. He also sent a test clip singing our first dance song to see if we wanted the track or the band - we definitely wanted the band! The band were so good and kept a full dance floor all night, throughout their sets and DJ’ing. They had a friendly and professional attitude. Thanks so much! Ellie & Tom"

"Joe and John are a fantastic combination and they did us proud as we celebrated Karen's 60th Birthday and John's retirement. They had us all dancing on our feet from the start and we couldn't stop. They played a wide variety of music from 60's, 70,s and 80's Soul and Motown and some Classic Rat Pack and a Jersey Boy medley. Joe's vocals are superb and John is an accomplished Saxophonist and great on the keyboards. We would not hesitate to book them again and they get a massive 10 out of ten from us. "Henry and Ben performed as a duo at our wedding celebration with only a couple of months’ notice, and were absolutely superb. Totally professional, easy to communicate with and they sounded absolutely superb! Hugely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate recommending Blue Variations to anyone. We’ll book the whole band next time!"

"Excellent choice - lovely friendly and polite duo. Natalie has a gorgeous flawless voice and Rich was great on the guitar. The style they played (for us!) suited our family garden party perfectly was nice and relaxed but keeping a cheery vibe. We had many compliments from our guests. "Mellowtone were absolutely brilliant for our 40th birthday celebration. Chris and the rest of the band were courteous and efficient in setting up/taking away the instruments, and communciation in the run-up to the event was great. The music was of an exceptionally high standard, with a really diverse set list. They made the night very special. They played a range of jazz standards, with a great combination of paces (including plenty of tunes to dance to). Chris has a lovely singing voice and the bands' musicality shines through. I cannot recommend Mellowtone highly enough."

A specific highlight was Paul who we have been requested to bring back another time, apparently many people were keen to book him for private functions too.
