"We had a small party with about 45 family and friends in an intimate Sheffield venue last weekend (November 2024) and Max provided the music and songs for us. All I can say is Max, you are a supremely talented young man. Your multi instrumental versions of classic new and old chart hits kept us entertained all evening and had us all up dancing and having a great time. You catered for our entire age range from the mid 20-something year olds through to those of us more familiar with partying back in the 1980s and 1990s and we all enjoyed it immensely. Topping it all off with a couple of Christmas chart smashes at the end was a really great finish which everyone loved. Thank you for a fantastic evening Max, you are a legend !!! Thank you also to Sarah-Jane and all of the Team at Last Minute Musicians, not only for securing our booking with Max, but for your impeccable service. You kept us fully informed throughout the process and made sure everything was just how we wanted it to be, all culminating in a great evenings entertainment. Thank you to you all !!"

"We are so grateful to Nigel for the absolutely perfect soundtrack to our wedding breakfast, no words can fully capture how much his music added to our day. From the moment he began playing, Nigel created an atmosphere that was warm, elegant and full of joy. The music flowed beautifully throughout the meal and it genuinely enhanced every moment without ever overpowering conversation or the atmosphere. So many of our guests commented on how lovely and memorable the music was, and how perfectly it complemented the couple of hours we spent together with the people we love most in the world. Nigel’s playing was heartfelt, expressive and wonderfully tasteful which was exactly the right balance of soul, emotion and celebration. His ability to read the room, adapt to the moment and provide such a thoughtful, uplifting soundtrack was incredible. Not only was his performance beautiful, but Nigel himself was a joy to have, he was warm, friendly and professional from start to finish. He was attentive in the lead-up, easy to communicate with, and such a calm and welcoming presence on the day. If you’re looking for music that feels timeless, full of heart and uniquely tailored to your wedding, we absolutely recommend Nigel. His music didn’t just fill the room; it added another layer of emotion and beauty to one of the most meaningful parts of our day. "I would highly recommend Stephen his playing was fantastic and really added a lovely touch to my father’s wake. He even played my fathers’s accordion. Everyone who attended commented on how good he was. I would definitely book him again and recommend him to others. Many thanks Caroline"

"Before the event I emailed Stephen and he was very willing to play the style of music I was looking for. On the day he arrived promptly and was very friendly and calming, as I was getting a little stressed organising the party it was great that he was able to just play without any further direction. His playing was immaculate but also very expressive, I was very pleased, and all the guests commented on how much they enjoyed him there. A real treat. Thank you Stephen"

"Mary performed at Villa Batalha Hotel, Portugal last 24th September for the Miles of Mystery event. The guests and the event managers had no other words rather than fantastic, great and engaging to say about Mary's show. In my opinion Mary, more than a talented multitasking artist is a humble and kind person. She just reads the audience’s mood and ensures unique moments when she plays her endless repertoire. You can tell she has Blues and Jazz and many other music genres in her voice! I am very happy to have found her and for being able to get more people to know her work. "Nigel played for our wedding in December at Prestwold Hall. His music was truly beautiful and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Having the piano in the background created a lovely atmosphere for our guests as they arrived and waited for our ceremony to begin, and was beautifully uplifting as we walked out as husband and wife. Our venue has multiple rooms that guests can choose to mingle in, and I’ve had so many of them tell me how surprised they were that Nigel was still playing in our ceremony room after our photographs. The process of booking was really quick and easy, and Nigel was a real professional throughout the whole process.
