"I booked Moon River for a medical conference dinner to play during the drinks reception and a formal three-course dinner. They were extremely professional to deal with at every level, as well as being flexible and reliable. The sets they played were varied, some songs being very modern adaptations and others traditional, and were delivered to a very high musical standard. I received many compliments about the occasion and would definitely recommend Moon River to others."

"Sarah was just fantastic at our wedding and we couldn't have asked for any more. She played a selection of covers for our guests as they waited for us initially. We also gave her a selection of songs that meant a lot to us and she put together a medley for us to walk down the aisle to. We really couldn't have ask for more and would recommend her to anyone looking for a special extra for their wedding or event. "

"Jess played piano during our drinks reception and saxophone during our wedding breakfast. All I can say is she is AMAZING. She didn’t stop playing. She has an extensive list of songs to pick from for both we loved sitting and picking ones that we wanted. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests how much they enjoyed listening to her and how it added so much to the day. Shes great to communicate with answered any questions I had. Can’t wait to get our wedding video back to hear her playing again. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks again Jess ? ? ?"

"Sarah entertained over a hundred of our guests at a retirement party for a much loved colleague. She sang and accompanied herself on the piano singing a range of popular and contemporary songs whilst the guests enjoyed drinks and light snacks. Sarah was very amenable and was a great find!"

"Des recently played the piano at our wedding reception. His performance was exceptional and loved by all our guests who arrived to hear a lively choice of music. Des' personality is amazing. "Dan was everything I thought he was going to be, absolutely fantastic. I met Dan years ago (in the same place as I met my now husband) when we finally booked our wedding I knew I wanted a singer and I instantly knew I wanted Dan. There was a mutual connection there and I had to send him a message and hope he was available. Thankfully Dan said yes and when the day came, wow he didn't disappoint. Singing or instrumental acoustic, he did what we asked and he smashed it all. Dan is also just the most loveliest guy you'll ever meet and I'm so greatful for all that he did. Thank you Dan, your ace, love the Beattie's."

"Alan played for our wedding at HMS Nelson Wardroom in Portsmouth at the beginning of October and it was the perfect accompaniment to our day. He is not only an incredibly talented musician but a genuinely lovely person who could not have been more accommodating. He expertly intertwined a mixture of our favourite tunes, including musicals, pop songs and more traditional pieces, during both our drinks reception and while we sat down to dinner. We had many comments from our guests saying what a lovey atmosphere Alan’s music created and we could not recommend him more. "

"Grant was such a fantastic addition to our small family party for my husband's 50th yesterday. He absolutely made everyone's day, playing requests and even kindly encouraging my daughter to sing, which delighted the whole family . Grant fitted in brilliantly and everyone really enjoyed chatting to him. I hope we have an occasion when we can use him again and would thoroughly recommend him. It's amazing how a pianist can add so much, even to a small party in the kitchen, the whole family were delighted and it made the occasion so much more memorable."

"We met Andrew at a wedding fayre over 12 months ago and instantly knew we wanted him to play at our special day. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew. I asked for a demo of the song he was going to play so that we could practice walking 'down the isle' with my 4 year old at Home, and he sent it over to me straight away without fuss. We got married Thursday 17.04.25 and I can honestly say from the moment he started playing, I had goosebumps. He sounded amazing and lots of guests complimented Andrew's playing. We spoke to Andrew as he was leaving the wedding and we thanked him for his beautiful work. He is a lovely man, down to earth and professional. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to add a bit of class to their day. It was extra special. Heidi & Rick "
