About / Biography

Behan's Footsteps are two brothers based in West Yorkshire who play exhilarating and soulful Irish folk music, with the occasional Scottish ceilidh tune added in.
The brothers come from the folk club tradition and have been surrounded by Celtic music from a young age. They are a versatile duo who mainly work with instrumental music on violin and accordion but can also provide both guitar and vocals.
Behan's Footsteps travel internationally as musicians and are happy to provide their own amplification.
