About / Biography

Emily - The Wartime Sweetheart delights audiences with a trip down memory lane, back to the 1940’s. Emily performs Vera Lynn’s most cherished songs such as ‘We’ll Meet Again’, ‘(There’ll Be Bluebirds Over) The White Cliffs of Dover’ and ‘A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square’. There is always time for dancing too, with numbers from Glenn Miller and The Andrew Sisters.

You may have seen Emily performing with The D Day Darlings on ITV during Series 12 of Britain’s Got Talent, where the wartime choir reached the final! Emily has been lucky to enough to sing for veterans all over the UK at many prestigious events and even performing for a very special event in Normandy at ‘Back to the Beaches 2017’. Emily provides full 1940’s costume, hair and make up and her performance is truly captivating.
