Ian has performed as a solo piper for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and played at top music venues, including the Royal Albert Hall.
Ian has played the pipes for over 35 years and performs at the highest level. He has performed worldwide and has played in some of the greatest pipe bands in the world, including the famous Lothian and Borders Police Pipe Band from Edinburgh. He has also played in rock bands at various music events and festivals. He currently tours with the Balmoral Highlanders.
As solo piper Ian has performed for royalty and numerous celebrities, stars and dignitaries, at many iconic music venues, including Wembley Stadium, the Astoria, the Hippodrome, and the Hard Rock Café, to name a few.
Performances over the years have included TV shows, films, concerts and festivals for clients including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more.
