Midnight Dukes are a very experienced band based near Manchester. They perform a wide range of well-known songs across rock n’ roll, jazz, blues, classic pop and soul. Depending on the requirements of your event they can perform as a lively main headline act to get people dancing and entertain a crowd, or alternatively provide a more relaxed style of background music should the occasion need it. Their influences included classic bands such as the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, via jazz artists such as Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra plus legends such as Otis Redding, the Blues Brothers and Wilson Pickett. Jools Holland is another influence; in this style Midnight Dukes can also perform as a larger band if needed by bringing in additional top musicians on saxophone, trumpet and percussion etc.
They normally perform for up to 2x60 minute sets or 3x40 minutes; this can be tailored to your requirements. Between them they have performed on European tours, at numerous jazz and blues festivals, Ronnie Scott’s, the London Palladium, Old Trafford FC, the Bridgewater Hall, the Hilton plus many weddings, functions and celebrations over the last 20 years.
