Moon River trio met while studying Music at Newcastle University, where they all graduated with first class honours. They have been performing together since moving to London in July 2014 and have played at a range of events throughout the UK including at weddings, conferences, birthday parties and other functions. The trio has a broad range of repertoire including jazz, folk, pop and classical music. The three musicians currently all work as freelancing solo and chamber musicians around London as well as performing regularly as a trio.
Line-up: Flute, violin and piano trio. Solo or duo sets in any combination of above instruments also available.

We arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony or event to set up but can also arrive earlier as required. We are often asked to perform during wedding ceremonies followed by 2 x 45 minute sets at the wedding reception. We are very flexible and are happy to perform for longer or shorter as required.
Yes we have played at numerous wedding receptions and events outside.
We can arrange specific songs for an event and we also have a wide variety of repertoire for clients to choose from.
