Yes, we’re completely self-contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to know where to set up and where the power sockets are.

Yes, we’re happy to play gypsy swing music from Spotify between our sets if required to maintain the ambience.

The musicians in the band have performed in various line-ups, on BBC Radio, for celebrities (Dawn French, Rick Stein), at the V&A museum, Edinburgh Fringe and countless other festivals and events.

We have all performed from childhood, and have met each other as professional musicians in recent years. We all have a shared interest in lively upbeat and catchy swing music.

We love to be on stage - any excuse!

Arrival: 1 hour or less before the performance.
Less than one hour to setup, 30 minutes to pack down and leave.
Three hours on site is our standard.

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

We can learn specific songs before events, but we usually limit this to one specially chosen song. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
