Soul Of The Party have been invited back to all the venues they have played since starting in 2017, reflecting their ability to provide high-quality good times. Voted Wedding Band of The Year North England in the Book Entertainment Awards in 2020 by industry expert opinion and public votes they will fill your dance floor for any event. Playing soul. The Commitments and Blues Brothers classics, with some more recent soul songs thrown in, they appeal to all ages. This 10-piece band has had audiences dancing in live music venues, weddings, corporate and other functions, including helping raise over £30,000 to help a young mother receive a life saving operation in the USA.
With a stylish stage presence, Soul Of The Party delivers that big soul experience with three-part vocal harmonies and a three-piece horn section – trumpet, sax, trombone; no synthesizers, no backing tracks, but lots of soul! Keys, percussion, rhythm and bass guitars complete the line-up. Noted for organizational flexibility and lively fun audience interaction this is a great band of experienced musicians.
