"I recently had Absolute Company play at my wedding, what a wonderful experience. The floor didn't empty from the start of the night to the finish. No request was too big, we had asked they join in part way through our first dance song, which they agreed to do and it made the occasion all that more special, the floor was filled within moments. As with most weddings our schedule was over running, the band fit in with us every step of the way, they were polite, professional and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure to have them part of our special day. All of our guests commented on how great it was to have a live band. If you are thinking of a live band for your next event I can highly recommend Absolute Company."

"Big Phat Jukebox was the perfect headline to a great weekend at June's Big Local! After a long day of drinking in the hot sun, the crowd was completely reinvigorated shortly after the band came onstage. Just a great performance, tightly played and with such great energy. "This was a very last minute booking we made but we were so pleased that we found primed. The pub in Beaulieu where we had our reception is quite remote so the band were able to crank up the volume quite a bit. Needless to say, my Wife and I had a wonderful and very memorable night! "Thank you Blue Jewel! We had had a fantastic wedding day which culminated in a ceilidh, not everyone's choice of course - until they experience the Blue Jewel phenomenon! You had to be very determined to NOT dance to avoid this. Kip is a brilliant caller - patient and knowledgeable. On the odd occasion when everyone was too tired to dance the band just played on anyway, the music was simply delightful in its own right. We are very lucky to have such a talented band in the west country, I would not hesitate to use these guys again- if you have an event coming up book them before they become world famous and never play locally again!
