We hired 21c for our wedding in Bristol after seeing them play a friend’s birthday party in London. They are a band that can play a wide variety of songs - classic rock, indie and even a Proclaimers song…. well it was a half Scottish Wedding after all!!! Combined that with their music talent, enthusiasm, energy and song choices they got everyone up and dancing. 21c also accommodated friends joining in and learnt a few extra songs requested by us.

After the wedding the guests were feeding back how good the band were.

It was a pleasure dealing with the management team and 21c everything was organised and planned to perfection.

If you are looking for a brilliant band for any occasion look no further than 21c they are highly recommended.

21c were the band for our wedding in London. We were looking for a band with a great sound. A band who could really sing, play and perform, would get the party going and the dance floor full. We found that in 21c. The organisation before the day was professional and easy, on the day the band gave a great performance of lots of classic rock and indie songs that meant we were on the dance floor nearly all night and it was full the whole time. We also hired the 21st Century Riot acoustic duo for our wedding ceremony music and drinks reception which was one of our best decisions. Everyone complimented the music and sound they produced and it gave our drinks reception a great atmosphere.
We couldn’t recommend 21c highly enough - if you’re looking for a band for your wedding or an acoustic duo you won’t find better.

We had the pleasure of seeing 21c a while ago, and as soon as we booked our wedding, we knew we had to have you!
From the first point of contact, until the very last moment of our wedding reception, you were all so supportive, helpful and professional. Your sound and timing was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night, with all our friends and family absolutely loving the music. I can't tell you how many people complimented you all, the song choices, the timing, the depth of sound.
We had the most amazing evening thanks to you all, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a top class band for any event.
We also booked your DJ to play in breaks and before and after the band's sets, and he was faultless, ending our night with people dancing until the speakers went silent. My only insistence for our wedding plans, had been to have a live band, specifically 21c, and you helped us achieve the wedding day we longed for. I can't thank you all enough. We wish you every success and prosperity!

We booked 21c together with their DJ after having trawled through a list of many other bands. We were NOT disappointed. The communication between Helen, their manager and Jay the lead singer was faultless, they discussed every detail and made sure all our requirements were met, nothing was too much trouble.
We weren’t at the venue at the time of their arrival and setup but everything was in place at the given time and the DJ had just started. The band/DJ were polite, friendly and well presented. Their sound was amazing, a lot of cover bands just do not get it right, this is something you cannot say about this band. They were rocking right from the very first song. Their mix of older and newer was very well balanced, so all ages were on the floor having a great time.
We can honestly say that they well exceeded our expectations. We have had numerous texts come through saying what a brilliant evening it was and where did we find them! They were worth every penny, entertainment is the most important thing to ensure an event goes well and we couldn’t have asked for a more successful evening.

Laura and I just wanted to pass on a massive thanks to Jay and the guys for the fantastic music at our Wedding on Saturday night. Every single guest said the band were the best they has ever heard/seen at a wedding and we couldn't agree more. There was something in the play-list for everyone and boy did the party lift off in the second set! From start to finish, both yourself and the guys were absolute professionals through the lead-up, setup and finish. If anyone is reading this looking for an upbeat Indie-Rock 'floor filling' band for a very special occasion, like we were 5 months ago, then honestly look no further as these are the ones! 21c will not disappoint you and you can book these guys in confidence that your night will be fantastic as ours was. Thank you so much for getting everything arranged so smoothly for our wedding knees-up last week. Having the band available to play both acoustic and electric sets was fantastic for breaking up the evening and we had so many compliments from guests about how great they were. The guys were so professional and easy to work with, setting up in good time and staying with us right until the end of the night – they certainly put in an impressive shift!
I should mention how special it was that the band learnt a track to play for our first dance and we appreciate that they really went the extra mile. Given that the dancefloor was full for so much of the evening our other guests clearly enjoyed themselves too!

Rob and I (and a vast majority of our guests) thought that 21st Century Riot were by far the best wedding band we'd ever heard. They had everyone up on the dance floor from the moment they started playing, including both sets of parents and my 80+ yr old uncle. The playlist was incredible and the guys were a lot of fun. The day itself, the band arrived with plenty of time and although we had a small space, discreetly set up. When the music started it brought guests in to listen and dance even on a hot day! Thanks so much, we are so pleased that we selected you guys for the party – the band did a fantastic job and made it a night to always remember. They were so tight and such a great bunch of blokes too. We had so many comments about what a great band they were and many people asked how we found you.

Our little boys, also now have new heroes! Little Jacob has now built a foot pedal to go with his plastic guitar. We really appreciate how great (and patient) the band were with them as they set up.

The photos you shared are fantastic. It was very thoughtful and kind of Jay to arrange the group shot which gives us a lasting visual memory. The band shots are a great surprise and are completely awesome! We will have to put in a frame alongside the set list they left behind!

Just a note to say thank you all for treating us to an evening of wonderful music and entertainment. It was just what we had hoped for and more, we could not have been more delighted. In essence the two brilliant sets of music it hit all the right notes catering for a very wide age-range. We had many enquiries after the event as to how we found the band so I have been very happily referring them. We have been to many events recently and none of the live bands have come anywhere close to your standard, so thanks so much for saying 'Yes' to our initial enquiry.

When looking at bands on the internet, (I listened to what seemed to be hundreds), I drew up a short list, then listened to all the demo tracks and videos and put my top four in order of priority. This I then asked my husband to listen to (as it was his birthday), and his top four were pretty much the same with 21C being number 1 on both lists! My only concern, once we had decided, was that you might say 'No sorry we don't travel to Shropshire', so I was very relieved and happy when you said 'Yes'! Also, the fact that the band were early and happy to set up themselves meant no hassle for us on the night.

The only downside is that it was over too quickly and I am trying to rack my brains to think of an excuse to do it all over again. Our youngest son does have a 21st to sort out, so you never know, you might be hearing from us again.

Just by way of thanks for your help Helen, and to Jay and the boys for driving all the way to Shropshire to play for us, a separate gift is winging it's way to you.

Firstly my apologises for the delay in thanking you all for a fabulous performance at our wedding in September. We spent such a long time trying to decide on a band and my god I am so happy we chose 21C, they were amazing. From the initial booking, dealing with Helen, creating a play list, overall peace of mind the music would suit all ages, to the up most professional and easy going people on the day! Not forgetting the most important, they ROCKED the wedding and EVERYONE was on that dance floor. Massive thank-you Boys (and Helen), it was a pleasure.

Just back from honeymoon, had a wonderful time, thank you! I was going to write to you anyway as we would like you to pass on a huge THANK YOU to the band. The band were absolutely fantastic! They played our first dance perfectly and really got our party started and kept if going until midnight! They played all our favourite stuff and our guests loved them. 21C were fantastic! I have had lots of positive comments from people over the last couple of days. Everyone thought they were brilliant. I can only say that from my end, things went very smoothly! They were great!

The guys were brilliant. They effortlessly arrived, got everything set up, queued up the playlists, started no problems, rocked the joint, played a few extra numbers, allowed some of the gang rap on their equipment (!) and were a huge hit with the guests. We were really impressed with how tight the band was, the breath of the repertoire and the real energy they put into it.

I just wanted to say thanks so much, firstly for persuading me to go with it, and of
course to the guys for a truly amazing performance. They really were absolutely superb,
fantastic performance but also so very professional and got it just right, you could see
the sound, lights, mood and everything was being tweaked all the time. I was so worried
we'd gone a bit long for such a small do, but they were totally relaxed and played
brilliantly, they were perfect for us, they even looked like they were enjoying themselves
:-)
At one point I looked up to see the whole place literally jumping up and down. It was
certainly a rocking night and one to remember.

The day went very well and we were both delighted with everything, including 21st C. Many of our guests commented how good they were. One couple at our bash had met 47 years ago (on the 19th June) and their first dance had been Walk the Dog by the Stones. The band were asked if they could play it which they could not - at the time they were asked. The band went for their break and, when
they came back, they had learnt it. The band played the song and the couple did the very dance that they had 47 years previously - what a fantastic thing for them to have done. It made such an impact and the band have my utmost respect for going out of their way to make it happen. The guys were absolute stars.

We wanted to thank the band for their amazing performance at my party last
month. They arrived early so there was plenty of time to set up and give us the chance
to say hi before we got ready at home. We wanted the sound level set so people could
still chat in the corners and your sound engineer was very helpful in respecting our
wishes.
The music was outstanding! Loads of people were giving compliments on the night and
we've had lots of phone calls too, saying how much everyone loved the sound and
authenticity of the band. We spend the whole evening dancing and the party was still
going strong right up until the end.
We were delighted with the playlist and found your communication beforehand very
helpful in selecting the music. The ipod sets too were great - all my favourite songs one
after the other. And the lighting made the room look lovely.
All in all, the band made the evening a true success, thanks!

Regarding 21C, our feedback is all very positive. The band were fantastic
live- whilst the video on-line was good, it doesn't really do them justice. The quality of
the sound & their performance was excellent. Their choice of songs was also just right,
as was their interaction with our (occasionally slightly mad & inebriated) guests! They
got everyone dancing and created a great atmosphere.
Probably the best sign is that many people (including the discerning music lovers
amongst the guests) told me later how much they had enjoyed the music & asked me who the band was/ how I had found them.
The DJ was also great at maintaining the tempo & atmosphere. She did a great job of
finding the spanish language tracks & mixing them into the night. But at the same time
she adapted in order to keep everyone on the dance floor.
Everyone was very flexible considering that the music started an hour later than planned
& that they were interrupted for a few unexpected hiccups. We really appreciated
therefore that everyone stayed until 1am and were still there packing up when we left.
They were also great at checking with me if we wanted to stick to the original plan given
the delay, how we wanted the music for the bouquet/ garter throwing etc.
All in all, everyone was excellent & topped off a great day. I would happily recommend
the band & the DJ for anyone's event.

Dear Helen, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the band for a fabulous
performance at our 50th Birthday celebrations! We thought they were brilliant and
we've had fantastic feedback from our guests who all really enjoyed their performance
and raved about them and they kept the dance floor filled until the last minute. We
didn't want music that was going to make us feel "old" and they had just the right mix of
current, classic and a few oldies for the occasion. They were very professional and
efficient and just arrived and got on with setting up so they were ready before everyone
arrived. Jay was brilliant and stayed as late as he possibly could to keep the music
going after the band had packed up. The guests were still begging for more as he left!
They seemed a thoroughly pleasant bunch of guys who certainly made us feel they were
enjoying the gig as much as we were. Thank you.

‘Hi Helen, we just wanted to feedback how amazing we thought the band were when they played at our Post Wedding Party last night. Their version of Elbow’s 'One Day Like This' for our first dance was so special, totally brilliant and we loved it. The rest of the songs throughout the evening were just as great and we loved them all, a great mix of oldies and newbies. We have had so much positive feedback from our guests, from young to old everyone has commented on how great the band was, even the hotel bar staff said how good they were and that they were one of the best bands they had seen. The evening flew by and we just wish they could have played all night too and we would definitely book them again if we get an excuse. Many thanks to all of the band members and to yourself for making the whole process, from start to finish, go so smoothly and for being so helpful and flexible, really nice bunch of guys :)

The guests and I thought that 21C were simply awesome. They hit all the notes, played some of the best contemporary songs and did justice to some old rock classics. Sound quality excellent.

Just to let you know how WICKED the band were yesterday! They were such a nice bunch of boys and performed so well, were entertaining and super professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will so. Hope to be able to use them again soon, thanks for everything.

We were very pleased with their performance. I was nervous of being in charge of booking the band for an important corporate event but they were brilliant and everyone enjoyed the performance. I was very happy with the services provided by the band. I have had lots of positive feedback on their performance from our guests. We are very pleased with how our event went and would be happy to use the band again in the future.
