Absolute played at Fréa’s Annual St Patrick's Day Ball in Manchester this year (2026). They were fantastic! The dance floor was full from the beginning to the end of their performance. They played a fantastic selection of songs that appealed to all taste and were a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute.

We had absolute play our recent wedding at Northbrook Park and they were incredible! The dance floor was full from start to finish, with the band bringing so much energy to the evening.

We requested a number of songs from their repertoire, which they played all of, and we left the remaining time for them to play what worked with the crowd on the night - We had an Irish twist to our wedding, and the band were the perfect group who delivered brilliantly! We had multiple guests asking who the band were and complimenting them for really making the evening what it was.

We had an amazing day, and a brilliant evening, helped made possible by Absolute.

We would thoroughly recommend anyone considering getting a band to book with absolute!

Well what can I say! I have recently got married and Absolute played for us at our special day! They were amazing! They were so accommodating…. with a LOT of requests given to them beforehand !! They did not disappoint! They sang a range of all songs… there was something for everyone!! !! Everyone is still talking about how good this band were now!!! The band played at our wedding on 23rd July 2022 and we’re incredible. Whilst everyone was having drinks and chatting after dinner, the band set up with seamless transition and started our evening party with a great set. They do something for everyone, we had the oldies up dancing alongside our young guests, and all having a good hearty sing along. And the Irish twist to the set was so much fun. Something different to a standard cover band. It was this part of the set that our guests still talk about. Thank you for giving us a the best end to our wonderful day.

Absolute band played at our civil partnership party and really brought a lively atmosphere! We all enjoyed the mix of traditional Irish tunes and classic hits, and they played songs to get people up and dancing. Having Absolute Band topped off our perfect day. I don't think we really got any photos as everyone was dancing from the moment they came on. In fact, I think people were even dancing to their sound check! Communication was great throughout the booking process and we liked that you could choose to add certain musicians so we included a fiddler as we wanted some Irish classics too.

The band played two brilliant sets and before we knew it, the night was over. Exactly how we wanted our wedding to end, with everyone wanting more! Really lovely guys... would highly recommend to anyone.

From the minute they tuned up with ‘oh What a Night’ we could tell the Absolute band were going to be brilliant. We had booked them last minute after someone had cancelled. We couldn’t believe our luck that they were free - someone else’s loss was our gain!
We booked the six piece option with fiddle and they exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. Musically fantastic, lovely guys and a brilliant playlist. We got to have input from their vast repertoire, but then handed it over to them to put it all together and take charge. The dance floor was packed all night and they absolutely MADE our party.
Look no further than this band - they are fantastic.

Massive shout out to these guys.....they were fab! Played at my wedding last month after it being postponed previously due to Covid & during the last 2 years they have been a pleasure to liase with, so likeable & down to earth, with great sense of humours!!!!

Very talented group of lads with amazing vocals from Steve the lead singer AKA Bocelli!!!!!! Who sang our first dance song which was Perfect!!! :)

Couldn't recommend them higher enough......so much so I might have to start planning another wedding so I can have them play again!!

Wow! look no further in your search for a band! Absolute played an acoustic set during the day and then 2 full band sets in the evening of our wedding on 7/8/21. All of which were incredible! They were so adaptive when we ended up with the first dance at the end of the first set and really felt the vibe of the wedding and selected a great range of songs to suit!! The dancefloor was full all evening which says it all. Everyone commented on how good they were. AMAZING! Book them now!!

I was so excited when I found Absolute band's website and saw their repertoire and videos of them playing, it was exactly the vibe we were looking for. We booked them originally for June 2020, then moved to April 2021, then again moved to July 2021! Geoff was so kind and understanding and flexible throughout, navigating wedding season in a pandemic and making sure that we could have the numbers of guests we wanted there.
They played on 3rd July 2021 and the dancefloor was absolutely banging! Because of covid we had to have an outside dancefloor - they were so flexible and played at the edge of the marquee facing out, whilst we all danced on a patio under a gazebo. It was truly magic.
Our guests are a huge mix of ages and the dancefloor was rammed the entire time they were playing. We were running late and they were so flexible by doing an extra long set for us before the music had to turn off. They played all our favourite songs, and played a couple of requests that weren't on their repertoire.
I cannot recommend them enough, they are really well priced for the standard of their performance, and I would book them again in an instant!

Luke and the rest of the band were absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations and truly made the day extra special.
