We booked Becky for our big joint 60th party. Our family all love folk, blues and soul music and Becky was just wonderful - absolutely made our evening. Her voice is pure and subtle and beautiful. She used guitar and violin, using looping to create a really complete sound - very professional and skilled. Her interpretations of songs we know and love very much were wonderful. She is extraordinarily versatile and I really think everyone at the party felt there was a song that was special to them. Can't recommend Becky highly enough.

Becky was absolutely fantastic. All of our guests loved Beci and her beautiful voice. Becikysang some lovely laid back jazzy songs and played the guitar. She was the perfect fit for our wedding reception.

Becky's soulful, yet pure voice complemented my Sister's funeral service perfectly. Despite the short notice on my behalf (a different soloist had let me down) Becky did a wonderful job of interpreting my sisters favorite songs beautifully, using both acoustic guitar and violin... and my goodness Becky's voice is just heavenly. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a more perfect final farewell for my beloved sister who loved music so much. Rebecca added so much to our wedding. She was a pleasure to correspond with pre-event (through several COVID-related date changes). Her music is beautifully and sensitively delivered. She was working at a venue she had not been to before, and that causes her no issues at all. She helped to create exactly the relaxed environment we were aiming for during our meal.

I asked Becky to play whilst I proposed to my girlfriend and it couldn't have been more magical! Becky was so easy to communicate with throughout the process of arranging the day, and she learnt multiple personalised songs for us that couldn't have been performed any better! We are now back from Honeymoon and I just wanted to say what an utterly incredible and movingly beautiful performance you gave us to round off our wedding evening.

I have snippets of videos which I have watched over and over and every time, your lovely voice and soft playing is so wonderful to listen to. A touch of genius to set yourself up underneath the tree, the setting looked spectacular and really for me it was one of the absolute highlights of the day. I so wish it wasn’t my party so I could’ve just sat and listened to you the whole way through!

Particularly special for me was the stunning rendition of Luke Bryan ‘play it again’ which moved me and my daughter to tears.

You are extremely talented and your interpretation of Herb Alpert’s “This Guy/Girl’s in Love with you” was to absolute perfection. The guests at our table, both Irish and English friends remembered it and quietly sang along with you. As too the Irish music.

You did fabulously well to include in your repertoire 1970’s Minnie Riperton’s “Loving You”

Stella appreciated all of your choices including your version of “Bridge over troubled Water” Friends Barry and Sandra appreciated everything including “All along the Watch Tower”.

We had the most perfect weekend and ALL the guests (including ourselves) kept talking about your beautiful voice and talent....took all our breaths away. I most certainly blame you on all my tears! haha. Your rendition of to build a home was incredible and so emotionally charged! Thank you

Thank you soooo much for yesterday! Soooo many happy guests, everyone was gutted when you left! Everyone had a fantastic day and you played a massive part to that! Thank you ever so much for being a part of our special day!

Last minute musicians were so efficient and the booking process was very easy. Becky Shell was unbelievable! We hired her for my father's 70th birthday garden party and everyone who came is still talking about how wonderful she was. She has the most beautiful voice and she has such a lovely touch on the guitar and violin too. She was also in constant communication, ensuring we got what we wanted and she was really lovely in person. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Beci was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish when we were organising a surprise birthday gig she was great to deal with, helped with choices, and a really lovely person to deal with.
Then the performance was just incredible. Really relaxed feel, amazing voice, used guitar, added in loop pedal and then did Rick Astley Never gonna give you up on the violin - pure genius.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book Beci again, super talented, amazing voice, and to be honest simply a lovely person.

We are so glad we asked Becky to play at our wedding in January. She sang three absolutely brilliant covers of our favourite songs, which she went out of her way to learn (on guitar and piano) especially for the occasion and which exceeded all of our expectations.
