They played a beautiful selection of modern and classical pieces for my son's wedding over the May Bank Holiday - amazing! They were very professional and blended in nicely with the stately and somewhat regal ambiance of the occasion. I would certainly recommend them... they even take requests !

We managed to book 'Capriccio String Quartet' for our July wedding, it was at fairly short notice so we really feel lucky in that regard! Lynette was lovely talking us through the process prior to the wedding and on the actual day the team were so good! Its so impressive to see how talented they were playing modern pop classics in such an elegant style, it really created a beautiful soundtrack to our special day and would highly recommend their special talents to anyone considering booking them. Lynette and the Quartet were simply superb at our recent (May 21) Wedding. They could not have been more accommodating when we kept changing the details and our requirements due to Covid, and the music and ambiance they created was just sublime. Dealing with Lynette ahead of the event was a pleasure, she was very easy to talk to and make all of the arrangements with. It was a shame I didn't get to meet her on the day, however this was down to her and the team just getting on with the job, by following the information she had been given to get to the venue and where she needed to be, which on a busy event day is just what you need. Fantastically low maintenance! Reports from our guests were really positive, the music was perfect and was pitched at just the right volume to provide a lovely ambience for our lunch, without being intrusive.

Grace and I first discovered Capriccio Quartet at the Best Western Regency Bridal show. Having not considered music, let alone a string quartet before we went, we were amazed by the musicians, especially when they asked us to choose a song from their repertoire, which turned out to be the exit song at our wedding.
Having made the decision to book the group, Lynette and the team were so good during the lead up to our wedding, they even rehearsed music not on their repertoire for our aisle song which made for perfect harmony on the day.
On the day of our wedding we don’t know what we would have done at the beginning of the ceremony without Capriccio in the background because they filled the room with beautiful music.
The weather was so glorious that during the reception the quartet performed outside and our guests commented on how wonderful the music was.
Our wedding without Capriccio wouldn’t have been the same, they made our day so special and one that we will treasure.
We are truly thankful for everything and appreciate listening to such talent.

Thank you for the beautiful music you played on our wedding day and all the extra work you you put in to learn the arrangements for our special music requests, the awkward customers that we were!There are so many parts of the day which seemed to passed by in a blur but I can remember the music so clearly.It was all just perfect and allowed us to really put our own stamp on the church service.

The Capriccio Quartet were absolutely amazing, they really set the mood for our day. Lynette was so helpful before the big day too, giving us advice on timings, how many songs and when and most of all how the bride can really savour entering the room and walking down the aisle. Everyone commented to say how lovely it was to have them there. A cracking day, I couldn't imagine what it would have been like without them.

We absolutely loved The Capriccio Quartet for our recent wedding. Their repertoire is very varied, they arrived early and started playing on time. It was a magical moment when they played Canon in D as I walked down the aisle, seamlessly switching to Elton John 'Your Song' and Snow Patrol as we signed the register. We booked the Capriccio Quartet for our recent wedding and they were a superb addition. Lynette was extremely helpful in sorting our playlist and they were happy to set up under a gazebo in little more than a field, however the effect and ambiance they created was beautiful and compliments flooded in from so many guests. They played a great mix of modern and classical and were so easy to work with and organise (which is essential with everything else happening on a wedding day) that I have no hesitation is giving them 5 stars and thoroughly recommending them.

A very personal thank you from me for playing my favourite song (One Day Like this; Elbow) twice for me, I knew that I wanted to walk out to it but I knew that I would be able to hear it all and I wanted to stand and appreciate it too. As it happened we had been whisked away into the Castle ruins to have our pictures taken when I heard you start playing it again and walking back through the castle and its formal gardens listen to my song on your beautiful instruments was a very special part of our day that I'll never forget.

The Capriccio Quartet were a lovely group. They played for our after meal drinks and welcoming of evening guests at our wedding. When they arrived we were still finishing our meal so they set up and played for a short while for the end of the meal before people made their way out to the reception room to listen. Everyone we have spoken to mentioned the quartet and how lovely it was to have them there. They played a great selection of songs,a very wide range. The group were very nice and really matched our venue perfectly. They really helped in finishing off our day and leading us into the evening, and play something for everyone. They were good before hand with communication. I would fully recommend the Capriccio Quartet to anyone and will be back to book them if I find another occasion worthy! Thanks so much all of you! So easy to communicate with, and helpful in planning exactly what we required for the 2 hours before the wedding breakfast. The music was lovely and the guests really enjoyed it whilst having a drink outside in the gardens. The rendition of Skyfall was brilliant. We would definitely recommend booking the Capriccio Quartet and adding a touch of class to your day for a very reasonable price.
