We need a minimum performance space of at least 4meters x 4meters. We also require access to power sockets for our equipment

We are completely self contained. We bring our own PA system and lights to all of our events

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

We normally arrive 1.5 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area

We have an extensive Swing Jazz, Latin Jazz and Smooth Jazz set list. We can also learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them
