We had the absolute pleasure of having Chris play at our wedding. His sets were beautifully played and had so many songs for us to choose from. He even played an original song at my request. No regrets. He played for our after ceremony drinks and throughout of wedding breakfast. It made all the difference and we had so many compliments of how good Chris was. We bumped into Chris at a wedding fayre and were absolutely in love with his voice. We knew from that moment that we wanted him to sing for us on our big day.

Chris was very friendly, communicative, and flexible throughout the planning of our big day. He learnt a new song (which he sung amazingly) and was understanding when we had to move our wedding date.

He was very efficient and professional regarding his set up and timings. We received so many compliments throughout the day regarding Chris and not only how great he sung, but also how approachable he was. He was always smiling and fitted in effortlessly. Our only regret was not hearing him as much as our guests did, due to the photos, I was gutted!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding singer! From the moment I met Chris at a wedding fair I knew we needed him to be apart of our day! He was the first thing we booked even before the venue !! His vocals are beautiful.

The song as I walked down the aisle was stunningly beautiful, and your relaxed acoustic set during the meal created exactly the atmosphere we hoped for. Chris performed at my 60th Birthday party in June 2025. There were 50 guests and it was held in a pub garden. Everyone was extremely impressed by both the playlist and his performance. Chris’ communication and help before the event was excellent. The venue was quite a distance from his home address but nothing was a problem. I was able to choose my favourite songs from his playlist and lots of my favourites were on there! His voice is outstanding! A true professional & highly recommended.

We booked Chris for a corporate event to entertain us at Barrow Hill Barns near Petersfield. What a guy! Amazing voice with an excellent repertoire including Chris’s own tunes! We saw Chris playing at a wedding fair and knew straight away we loved his sound so we booked him for our wedding reception. Chris was amazing from the start with all the admin correspondence and planning for his set and responded so promptly to any emails. He brought the perfect vibe to our reception and sounded amazing, I'm so glad we booked him 😊

We met Chris at a local wedding venue. It wasn’t even in our plans to have a live singer at our wedding but things soon changed. we heard him as soon as we walked in and was still thinking the same. Then my wife asked him to play a certain song that she wanted to walk down the aisle to, that he didn’t actually know at the time. He asked us to give him two minutes he pulled up the melody quickly learnt the cords and the words to almost most of the song. Listening to him sing made my wife choke up and it was at that moment booking him was top of our list, we gave him our details and within a couple of days he was booked for our wedding. We were complimented throughout our wedding with how amazing and brilliant Chris was and the only regret we have with booking Chris is that we didn’t get the chance to hear him sing more with all the photos and talking to guests we had to do.

Honestly if any of you reading this are unsure about booking him cast all your doubts aside and book him right now before it’s too late. you will be so happy you did.

Chris himself is extremely friendly and really personable and is always himself will make you feel at ease and will learn songs and tailor his set list to what ever you want him to sing and honestly there isn’t really anything he can’t sing it all sounds absolutely amazing!

I saw him perform at a friend’s birthday party. He bought such a good vibe that I knew he would be the perfect addition to mine and my now husband’s wedding day.

We booked him more than a year in advance as we wanted to make sure he was available.. and he did not disappoint.

I met Chris when busking in Crawley square . My now husband and I were drawn to his beautiful sound usually you listen for a second or two then carry on walking, but I just loved his voice .
We chatted for a minute or two ,then without hesitation asked him if he would be part of our wedding celebrations.
I asked him to sing my choice of song as I walked down the isle and another as we walked back . Then to sing anything he wanted while the drinks reception was going on .

Chris recently played at my 30th festival themed garden party and he was incredible! Both his voice and music was amazing and soon enough everyone was up dancing. We booked Chris for our wedding entertainment on a whim after hearing him at a local wedding fair and struck gold. He was so easy to communicate with and needed minimal direction before, and on the big day. He arrived on time, had set up, and was already playing by the time we arrived back to the venue after taking some pictures - exactly what you want on such a busy day.

Chris' blend of relaxed indie guitar was the perfect background music to our laid-back wedding, our guests were complimenting him all night! We even paid extra for Chris to stay an another hour, it was going so well, we didn't him to stop (we are very grateful to him for being such a good sport - especially with the impromptu karaoke)

He is an extremely talented singer, and we are over the moon with his professionalism and performance.

Chris Harper performed at our Christmas party in December 2021, which was an event with 120 attendees. His communication beforehand was excellent and we were able to agree on the set he would be playing on the day. He arrived promptly to set up and was friendly towards members of staff at the venue. His performance was superb and enjoyed by all. He played a mix of his own music and covers of popular songs, even taking requests. We had an overall great experience and have invited him along again this year.
