We booked John for our office summer party for our members. Our party was Italian themed and John provided such great ambiance playing Italian classics on the accordion, serenading everyone in the sun. I would absolutely recommend him for a booking for when you want to escape the country and feel like you're on holiday. 10/10

John was fantastic. We had a Mediterranean themed wedding and he played some Italian classics which the guests thoroughly enjoyed, and us! Would 100% recommend to anyone else who wishes to have a unique musician at their event.

We were really pleased to have John playing for us at our Christmas party. He had a wide repertoire of French café-style music, which was just what we wanted, and was very flexible as to when we wanted him to play. His quiet and engaging character meant that he fitted in with us really well and we will be pleased to have him back next year. I'm just sorry that our timings went awry and so we didn't have time to sing the Christmas carols and songs that he had prepared – next time, John, and thank you for having them ready!

We had a garden party recently, where John played a mixture of tunes for three hours. Everyone loved his playing, and he created a great atmosphere with his professional presentation. We will definitely ask John back again in the future. The accordion is a superb instrument to listen to, and extremely atmospheric.

John played at our wedding reception at Brympton House, Somerset. He played beautifully and moved around the different rooms of the venue/ outside so all guests had a chance to hear him play. Our guests loved John. Thank you so much.

John played during the ceremony and reception drinks of our wedding at Cripps Barn, Cirencester. He was so amenable in the run up, allowing us to change dates due to Covid cancellations and learnt to play a new song upon request for my walk down the aisle. It put a smile on my face as soon as I heard him play, I'm so pleased we chose him for such an important moment. He's an extremely talented accordionist, he played beautifully, and created just the right atmosphere. So many of our guests commented on how wonderfully he played. We would highly recommend John for any wedding or party!

We hired John for our grandparents diamond wedding anniversary party in Devon. He arrived early as he wanted to make sure he didn't get caught in traffic which was great. He put on a fantastic show. Everyone had a great time and commented how they felt like they were in Paris. Upon request he played some oompah in the second half of his set. Our grandparents have been inundated with phone calls about what a fabulous party it was and how wonderful John was. It was a sit down meal and John moved around the tables and sat in different parts of the room so that people had an equal opportunity to hear the music. He regularly checked in to make sure we were happy and that the volume was ok. I would definitely hire John again and highly recommend him.

We asked John to play a part in our wedding - in particular the afternoon drinks reception on a boat that sailed up and down the river Dart. Firstly, John was musically incredible, playing a mixture of French and Italian cafe tunes. We felt we were on the French Riviera. Secondly, and arguably more importantly, I gave John a small window of time where guests and the boat would arrive at shore and we’d set off. He arrived on time, was in contact with me to provide his arrival status, and even with the hassle of parking he ran a mile with his accordion to make it on time. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough

We held a Christmas function with a World War One Centenery theme. John kindly played themed songs to create an early 20th century atmosphere and was very friendly and professional.
All who came to the event commented on the authenticity of the music and how much we enjoyed the classic WWI songs as well as the 20s, swing and French sounds.

John played at our wedding reception in Exeter in April. The atmosphere created by his playing was just what we had hoped for on our wedding day, and added to our French/Italian inspired reception. The music provided a lovely backdrop to our reception drinks and meal and many of our guests complimented his playing. John created the most fantastic atmosphere on the first day of our ArtBeat demonstrations and workshops. He was able to move around the site alongstanding the audience and exhibitors, never too loud but always entertaining and looked and sounded great. He was lovely to deal with and was the perfect addition to our event. Thank you John!

Thanks to John my husband's surprise 80th birthday party was the best we could have wished for. John played on a terrace before and after the dinner at an Italian restaurant. His nice personality and beautiful accordion music made it all perfect, and we even danced. We would warmly recommend John and we are hoping to be able to listen to him again.

John played at my son David's Bar Mitzvah in Stoke-on-Trent. He music was perfect before, during and after the meal. John’s suggestion of doing the "chair dance" was fantastic and I am sure that everyone who was there will remember it for years to come. (The chair dance involved David being carried around the room on a chair, while the guests circled round and John played Hava Nagila Hava). Thereafter we danced to both Klezmer and Scottish music (as many of the guests were Scottish). Many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music and I would recommend John for any event.

We cannot speak highly enough of John and his music! Our venue was in a vineyard and had to be moved under cover due to the adverse weather however his performance lifted our spirits and saved that part of the day. The quality and diversity of his music is outstanding and the choice matched the mood perfectly.

We had our Silver Wedding at The Priory, Caerleon with 40 guests. We booked John to play during our drinks reception out in a very beautiful garden.
Such a talented guy who played all our Italian favourites creating exactly the perfect atmosphere we wanted. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed listening.

John played for us on a Saturday evening in a local pub for my wife's 60th birthday party. He arrived very promptly and he is polite, courteous and easy to get along. He played virtually non stop throughout the evening and his music was wonderful. John has a large repertoire of tunes and He played a really nice mixture of tunes for us including French cafe music and Irish folks songs. Everyone really enjoyed the evening and and John's music was perfect for the occasion. All of our guests called us over the following days to tell us that they really enjoyed the evening and that the music was so nice. John is a really great musician and I was very happy with his performance. He was punctual and very sweet and he had no problem to make last minute changes. I would definitely recommend him.

John was an absolute wonderful addition to our wedding and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of hiring an accordionist. Not only did he sound the part but he also looked the part and fit right in with our vintage themed wedding, we had great comments from our guests.

Out of all our suppliers John was one of the easiest and most enjoyable to deal with. He replies promptly to emails and was very flexible and amenable to anything we requested, an absolute pleasure to work with.

John exceeded all of our expectations. We threw a cocktail reception/party at an Oxford University college and wanted to provide some entertainment that was both exciting as a central feature and also appropriate for background music. John did just that, brilliantly. His repertoire is extensive and very flexible. He tailored what he played to the theme and vibe of our event, and it went down perfectly. As organizers, we had countless people approach us throughout the evening saying, "Great idea having that accordionist - he's excellent!" We owe all the praise to John. John played brilliantly at our small wedding reception. We had 30 guest in the Orangey, John's music was never over powering and created a beautiful ambiance. All our friends and family loved the music, as it created a relaxing atmosphere but also enabled those who wanted to dance to do so.... I would have John playing again in a heart beat!

John you really made the atmosphere exactly what we wanted relaxed, smooth and romantic. Everyone commented on how great it was to hear the accordion live and it was the first time a lot of people had seen a bride walk down the aisle to the music of an accordion was just perfect.
