On 11th December 2023 Ian Geast Singer did two sets during and after lunch providing us with an enjoyable mix of Christmas, folk and sing along songs which we all enjoyed.
Our event was held at The Lawn - Ian worked with the venue - setting up prior to guests arriving.
I can highly recommend Ian, a great singer, a polite and professional musician.

What a great night! Ian was a joy to have at my Mum & Dad's event who was entertaining from the moment he stepped in the door.

He followed our lead with regard to song choices and his vocals are as good as the videos portray.

His fees are honest and even paying a bit extra due to our location (2 hours away minimum), he was value for money.

Thank you Ian for helping make their night a very special one. Hope your journey home was a good one as you may be asked to do it again another day!

Ian Geast is the man of every hour at any of our Shotgate Music Events and beyond! Both Compère and singer, you can expect a fantastic show every time. His songs get the whole crowd up and dancing, and his hosting talents are unmatchable. We turn to him every time as we know we will never be disappointed! We hired Ian for our Christmas lunch/Party for the East Kent Multiple Sclerosis Society and we were certainly not disappointed. Ian was great entertainment, he sang a super range of songs covering a good repertoire in a fun way and interacted very well with our members, which even had them up on their feet dancing! Ian’s fee was very reasonable and he was just a really lovely person. I couldn’t recommend him enough and we will certainly book him again in the future.

Ian made my father's party really enjoyable. He is professional ,sang the right songs and humorous. Everyone attending said how good he was.
To top it all he is the nicest person. We would definitely hire him again.

Ian made my mum’s birthday party really special. He’s a great singer and a kind, professional and friendly individual. Everyone loved the mix of songs he performed, we were all up dancing and my 90 year old mum even managed a few steps on the dance floor at the end! I was amazed at how well he was able to adapt his set up to my sister’s living room! Brilliant! Definitely worth booking.

If you are looking for an entertainer to add something extra special to your occasion, then Ian Geast is the man for you! When I was looking for a singer to entertain our guests at an 80th birthday party in the garden during July, Ian was the perfect choice. He arrived promptly and set up his sound equipment with the minimum of fuss and was ready to sing as our guests arrived. His cheerful personality, excellent voice and wide repertoire of 50s and 60s music , had toes tapping and hands clapping in no time. I would highly recommend Ian as the ideal entertainer for anything from weddings to parties and celebrations and will certainly be using him again for future events. A class act!

Ian came and sang for about 50 tenants and they absolutely loved him! So much that he's coming back in two weeks for the Queens Jubilee, and other schemes are looking starting to book him! Thanks Ian, it was a fabulous evening.

Booked Ian for my birthday party, was a little apprehensive at first as my guests spanned four generations all with different musical tastes.
But I need not have worried, he was superb! a true professional, had the dance floor filled, everyone both young and old, enjoyed his performance.

We booked Ian for our evening entertainment at our annual Dinner and Dance and I'm so pleased we did. We had a super evening with a great choice of songs that got us up on the dance floor. Totally recommended this lovely guy for your event.

We hired Ian for our over 60s Christmas party, he went down a storm everyone loved him, and they have asked for him to return very soon. Thank you Ian for a great night and very reasonable rates.

Ian gave an exceptional performance with a wide and varied range of music. He interacted and mixed with the guests and really got them in the party mood, many of them later remarked how good he was. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ian contributed in no small part to the great success of Maria's birthday celebration, with his choice of songs,background music, and his talent as an MC and entertainer. Guests were constantly asking us where we found him, commenting that unlike some entertainers it was not too loud, everyone able to chat with ease. Thanks to Ian people were dancing most of the evening and thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Ian sang an assortment of songs, ranging from rock 'n roll, Buddy Holly, and Billy Fury, and also Dean Martin. Marty Robins and several others. Everyone at our event enjoyed his singing. He has a great voice and we shall be asking him to perform again at our annual fete. We would recommend him highly.

Excellent. Unlike many entertainers I have seen and heard, Ian always thought of the host and the needs of the host. He appreciated it was their day and not his. His singing and playing was of a very high standard and variety of choices excellent. Withou hesitation would recommend.

Ian stepped in as a fantastic addition to a community event for disadvantaged families in the Romford Town area, two years running. He very graciously brought along all his PA equipment and not only kept the crowds entertained with his wonderful singing and all round fabulous performance, he actually became the compare for the entire event and made it an absolutely roaring success. Highly recommended ... you will not be disappointed
