Was lucky enough to have Jan play at my wedding, he filled the dancefloor! Absolutely fantastic, played effortlessly along side our DJ, no prep needed! What a lovely young man. Highly reccomend if you want to add a bit of something special to your event. He knows how to get the party started!

We booked Jan for our evening wedding reception back in May. He was great. All the guests loved him. He was a great addition when our guests were arriving. He asked if there was anything specific that we wanted him to play but we were happy to go with what he thought. He was very good at reading the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again.

Having a wedding breakfast whilst Jan playing love songs on the Sax brought such a special element to our wedding day. He was amazing and we are so grateful. I booked him as a surprise for my now wife who loved it. Such a great success thank you again Jan.

I cannot recommend Jan enough, from start to finish. He communicated on a regular basis about the genre of music and collaborated with my DJ to prepare for the evening.
Jan really got the party going , he created a brilliant atmosphere on the dance floor which got everyone up dancing. Finally not only is he professional in his approach but he is an amazing saxophonist, I would highly recommend to anyone for their party.

Jan was absolutely fantastic from booking through to the main event. He kept our guests entertained all afternoon and evening going from a relaxed chilled vibe on the afternoon to playing along with a racaucous singing waiter who together had everyone on their feet (and chairs) and then keeping the beat uplifted through the evening celebrations. A very talented saxophonist and a very polite and lovely person. Really brought something special to our special day and our guests are still raving about him now. An overall fabulous guy and so pleased he shared our day with us.

Jan was absolutely fantastic! After being let down by another supplier, he kindly stepped in and was able to accommodate our wedding day – and we’re so glad he did.

Communication beforehand was brilliant. Jan sent over his set list in advance and even offered to learn any specific songs we wanted, which was such a thoughtful touch. On the night, he was incredible – we had so many compliments from our guests about how talented he was and the atmosphere he created.

We had a small wedding at the cromlix and he did a few sets mixed between piano and sax. I had let him know from the set list what songs I generally like and he was so good at reading the room to get the perfect atmosphere. It couldn’t have been any more perfect and so many people commented on how great he was.

I booked Jan for my mums 50th birthday and he was absolutely amazing. I wanted it as a surprise for my mum and he set up so discreetly and played all the songs I had requested. We communicated through emails and he was so quick and professional with his responses. Honestly one of the best saxophonists I have ever heard.

Jan played at my sisters hen do and he was amazing. I had plenty of communication prior to the party, he turned up on time and had a great play list to get the party started! He also took requests which went down well with the group. I can 100% recommend Jan for any party, to add a special touch!

We booked Jan for our wedding and as a surprise for our guests on the first dance. Not only was he brilliant he was also very helpful in the build up to the wedding re mixing a song to suit our first dance!

Jan made our Engagement Party! Played 2 great sets that I put together from his setlist, also when the venues sound didn’t cover the area most of our guests were in he had his own speaker and mixer and provided great sound, and a great night for all our guests. Thank you Jan!

I booked Jan as a surprise sax player for my best friends engagement party. I needed strict instructions to follow, to make it an amazing surprise. Jan went above & beyond, speaking with our dj to make his entrance amazing. From the first point of contact, to the playing on the night it was amazing. We requested up beat party songs & he followed through.
I will be hiring him again in the future & I would recommend him to anyone! Amazing service & fab music :)

Jan was absolutely amazing! Considering the party was in June and the weather was really really hot Jan still played really good and kept us all up dancing, interacted with all of the adults and the kids, very polite to everyone and stayed a little longer than his time which we all appreciated very much enjoyed every bit of his performance!

From the start of my contact with Jan he was so lovely and helpful. He was attentive and replied very quickly answering all my questions.

It was my friends wedding and me & the other bridesmaids asked Jan to play a short set at her wedding as a surprise for the bride & groom. He done exactly what we asked for and sent me a HUGE list of songs that we could choose from.

Everyone was up dancing from 5.30 to get the party started which was what the bride & groom wanted.

Jân played at my 60th birthday party recently. I had asked him to play a few old songs early in the evening for my parents & another set of grandparents. My dad used to play the saxaphone & clarinet in a band many moons ago, and Jân brought along his clarinet to play just for my dad. I thought this was a lovely touch. Then he really got the party started & everyone dancing on his first set. He was wonderful & changed the second set slightly to fit in with the mood of the party. Everyone loved him & I would recommend him 100% *****

Used many saxophone players over the years in my hotel and Jan is by far the best I have used.
Arrived early, played every song requested and prepared beforehand with the Dj so everything ran smoothly.

Booked Jan fairly last minute as I was let down by another company, but wish I had found him first.

Right through from enquiry to event Jan was helpful, he liased with me, the singer and the dj to ensure the sets were organised.

He arrived early, set up and hung around until it was time to do his first set. He was flexible with his time which enabled the party to flow.

Jan played at our wedding in Scotland late afternoon and early evening for us. He played a wide variety of jazz, country and well known songs and even you've got a friend in me from toy story for the kids. We received so many compliments about Jan and his talent. Communication superb throughout and nothing was too much trouble for him. We will always have happy memories of his playing in the sun in the front grounds of our venue for our guests- many said they felt they were on holiday. Would thoroughly recommend!

Jan played for our small family wedding on the 2/2/23 and he was absolutely amazing, have the event a very classy feel, beautiful playing, and when our second musicians car broke down very kindly extended his set, which was fantastic! Very grateful, and would recommend him to anyone!

Jan is an absolutely wonderful musician who played the saxophone at our wedding at the weekend. It’s fair to say he set the mood perfectly and his talent is exceptional, so much so during the wedding breakfast our guests loved the music so much they burst in to dance leaving the hotel staff a dilemma as they were about to serve dessert.
Jan arrived punctual to set up in time and has an extensive playlist covering all genres of music appealing to all our guests. Our wedding would not have been the same without him, I think the hotel would agree as they also stated they had never experienced a wedding quite like ours. Wonderful and highly recommend.
