Joe was absolutely incredible! He played at our wedding last weekend at Hyde House, Stow-on-the-Wold and we were amazed by how brilliant he was. He played as our guests were arriving, during the ceremony and during the reception and throughout all of it he was so professional. We didn’t give him much of a brief and we were so pleased with how he read the room and played what suited. So many of our guests absolutely loved the music and have since asked for his contact details! We would absolutely recommend Joe and will certainly be booking him for future events!

Wow! We absolutely loved having Joe at our wedding! He was fantastic and made sure we were happy with how he was performing! Everyone loved him including all our guests. He was perfect for our drinks reception and on the evening worked along side the DJ which was amazing!

Joe was amazing for our wedding reception! He arrived with plenty of time and knew exactly what he was doing. He was happy to learn requested songs to play which was really special. Joe was brilliant during our drink reception, the music gave a really chilled atmosphere and all our guest raves about him. He was also great to deal with, quick to respond to an emails and enquires and put a very stressed bride to be at ease!

Joe was fantastic, he stuck with us through all the date/venue changes and made it so easy to move. The music was incredible and made the ceremony very special, all our guests enjoyed listening to the set after the ceremony.

We hired Joe to play the reception part of our wedding and our first dance.
He was an absolute pleasure and really made an incredible ambiance for our wedding reception. He sent us demos of our first dance song and everyone really enjoyed his music, even jake and I, whilst we were wisked away for pictures we could hear joe playing. Joe was brilliant, firstly by being so accommodating with our numerous date changes due to Covid. And then on the day he was fantastic - very talented! We left him to decide on the song choices and go with whatever he thought most suitable and they were perfect. It was really lovely to have live music playing during our reception drinks and Joe was perfect! All our guests commented on how fab he was! Very professional and would highly recommend! Joe was absolutely amazing and made the party really special. We had an Ibiza beach club theme and the music he played was perfect. He engaged well with all the guests. I will definitely be using him for any future parties we have and would recommend him to anyone. Just brilliant!

Do not hesitate. He is the business. Played three sets and our socially distancing party animals lapped it up. On time, in tune, on the list of must haves for the next prayers meeting!!!

Joe played in an environment that was unusual, a cul de sac, when it was chilly and during a time when the audience were having to social distance. He did so with great panache professionalism and humour. The covers he learnt for the event were great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe any time. He made the event very special and it was a highlight for the whole neighbourhood. A 5* performance.

What can i say? Joe is amazing and was a huge surprise for my Hen party. The set list got us all dancing and no request was a problem for him (proud Mary a particular highlight). I would recommend him for any occasion!!

Joe is an excellent musician. He added something unique and exciting to our evening reception that none of our guests were expecting or had seen before. Everyone loved it and enjoyed dancing on the dance floor to a DJ accompanied by a very talented Saxophonist. Joe had excellent communication throughout the planning of our wedding and we would highly recommend him

Joe Sax was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day. We booked him as ‘background entertainment’ after our wedding breakfast and while evening guests arrived, however, he was so good, he was actually our highlight of our day! We nearly asked him to stay and play for an extra hour as we had forgotten we had another band lined up!
He walked through the crowd in the bar playing Ibiza classics which really got people in the mood and had them dancing from 6pm! A very talented and cool saxophonist. Our guests have since asked us for his contact details and no doubt We’ll be using him again!

Joe stood in for a last minute cancellation and I’m so glad he did. Joe was fantastic and the ambience at our wedding was lovely. Everyone commented on what a great artist he was and what a great touch to have at the wedding. He made sure he knew what music we liked beforehand and I instantly knew I could trust him and let him get on and play. Joe was great! He is extremely talented and able to improvise to pretty much any song which was great! He’s super professional but at the same time able to get the crowd dancing. Would definitely recommend.

Joe played at our wedding earlier this year after the service and was absolutely excellent. Was very prompt and friendly whilst organising which was one less stress when planning a wedding! Arrived and set up as planned and was very smart/friendly on the day. Played an excellent set and our guests commented on how good he was. We booked Joe to play at our wedding drinks/canapé reception last week and we were absolutely blown away! Our friends and family are still talking about 'the cool guy on the sax' as he created an amazing atmosphere with his incredible repertoire and friendly demeanour. His rendition of 'Hotline Bling' and 'Tale as Old as Time' were just amazing! It was all absolutely perfect.

We asked Joe if he could come as a surprise for our wedding guests and start playing during our first dance - Major ‘this is why I love you’.
This went down a storm!
He was discreet coming to the venue and the guests absolutely loved him!

Joe played at our wedding on the 25th May 2019 and was absolutely brilliant. Everyone commented on how good he was and he was able to play along to all different songs. First set we had Ibiza playlist which was fantastic all Different ages were up dancing. Second set he was able to play along to some more 80s style music. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. Joe was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, very professional & an incredible saxophonist. The communication before was great and put us a ease from the beginning, he sent us samples and allowed us tailor the set to suit what you wanted. He did songs during the ceremony we chose, then during the drinks reception, Joe picked songs that suited the mood. We would definitely recommend him to everyone, & even trying to think of an event to have him again.

We booked Joe online, from the start he very helpful and provided a good list of songs he played well and suggestions for a first dance. On the day of our wedding he was on time and dressed very smart. Joe was quite simply the talking point of our evening, his music was brilliant. To say Joe was amazing is an understatement. I booked Joe for our wedding to surprise my husband and it was just perfect. We were looking for a saxophone player for our wedding in South Wales, after hunting around Joe came to our rescue.

I have to say from start to finish dealing with Joe was nothing but professional, he answered any questions we had, recommended some playlists and nothing was ever an issue.

On the day he set up in the church and played to my wife walking down the aisle, walking us out of the church and then quickly headed over to the venue to play for our guest arrival. All the guests commented how lovely it was and the music was amazing. I would definitely recommend Joe.

Joe played at our garden party last Saturday, the party started at 3pm so I asked him to play some covers of well known songs for the first set and something more upbeat for the second. Nothing was too much to ask.. Joe even went to the trouble of learning a number of songs that I had mentioned we particularly liked.
He arrived on time and gave a GREAT performance. Joe kept the volume just right.. (nothing worse than having a musician play so loud that you can’t have a conversation) and made sure that the performance was appropriate for a Christening party. Everything was 10/10.

Amazing ! Very professional sax player did a 2 hour set at our wedding and all our guest loved it. Exactly what we wanted whilst we had our drinks reception . Chilled modern sound and some classics. Need an excuse now to have joe play again. Highly recommend this talented musician.

Joe was always available, and quickly responded with ideas as we crafted the 2 separate playlists for his music. We wanted to have a more intimate relaxed session first where Joe provided a good range of modern and classic songs, playing the melodies and solos for all our guests to enjoy. As the party started later in the evening, for Joe's second set he played a great range of up to date dance songs to add another live dimension, playing over the DJ set. The guests loved this personal touch and were dancing with Joe on the dancefloor throughout.

Joe was really great. he payed two sets for us - one for drinks and one to get everyone dancing. everyone said that he really livened up the party from sitting on the bar at the beginning to dancing with the crowd. what an amazing talent to have - he made such an impact on the night.
