The communication throughout was brilliant, he asked exactly what we were looking for through the evening, on the evening prompt arrival, self contained and all round professional! He interacted with the audience and judged what songs to sing though out the evening, we had fantastic feedback from the evening from all who attended and asking when the next night is!

We hired the lovely John to come and song at our dads 93rd birthday garden party, I'd seen johns advert on Facebook, read reviews and watched a little video and thought to myself my dad would love this as all his favourite artists, I contacted John who said he was available so we booked him in for 03.09.23, well John certainly didn't disappoint, John singing is so good , everybody at our party loved him , he sang a massive variety of songs old and new, I hope John enjoyed our party as much as we all did .. the sun shined all day. We shall definitely have him over again, he's professional, prompt and definitely knows his stuff.

Everyone was really impressed with John, his range of genre was really impressive and had Everyone singing along. Will most definitely have him back soon!

John played for my husbands 50th Birthday Party and I couldn’t of asked for anything more. I requested for him to sing some country music and a mixture through the decades and that it is exactly what he did. He got everyone up dancing all night. I would highly recommended him.

John was brilliant! An ideal selection of music, kept the spirits high even when the rain was pouring down and the visitors were getting drenched. If the music alone was not enough, perfectly judged to keep the atmosphere up, the performance was fantastic and John could not have been more of a gentleman. An absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish.

John played at our party and everyone thought that he was brilliant and enjoyed his performance. Nothing but positive comments. Booking him was easy, with good correspondence between us and him. Would certainly recommend and book again.

Wow wow wow, what a talented man, my customers are still talking about John (they are a tough crowd!) not only vocally talented but played such of a variety of music that pleased every age in my pub!! Definitely a must see, and we are so looking forward to him returning.

Had the pleasure of meeting John when he very kindly agreed to play his music at a ceremony on a very windy beach, for my Dad’s scattering of the ashes ceremony. John was without a doubt, the perfect person for the job. It was an absolute pleasure hearing him play songs that my dad used to sing, when he was a musician himself. John is incredibly talented, and one of the nicest people you will meet. He really went the extra mile for our slightly unorthodox approach for a ceremony. The beach happened to be incredibly cold on the day, and windy. There was also a bit of a walk down to the beach (further than what we were expecting), but john was so kind and obliging, and just went along with it all very professionally. He put up with our unruly, crazy behaviour as well. We will be booking him again, and I cannot recommend him strongly enough. If you have looked at booking John, do it. You will not be disappointed!

John has played at Southery Carnival a few times and he is always very professional. He sings a variety of genres with ease, and his Johnny Cash set is awesome! I would highly recommend him. He is such a lovely person too.

I found John via Last Minute Musicians, to perform at my partner's 50th birthday event. John was keen to ask about the types of music we enjoyed and any favourite songs that we might like him to perform. He really looked the part of the Man in Black! I have just held a small private party to celebrate my 70th birthday. I wanted some 60s music entertainment and found John's details on lastminutemusicians.com. After watching his video I decided that he would be ideal entertainment for me and my friends. After making contact with him he asked me if there were any particular songs I would like. I told him I was a great Johnny Cash fan and gave him a list of various 60s songs I enjoyed. He provided 3 hours of great 60s music and included all the songs I had requested. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. Thank you John for making a great party even more enjoyable.

Together with his own sound and lighting, John Barry is a quality solo performer and a crowd pleaser. He has a great voice and a vast range of songs he can play, from country to rock and pop to Nashville hits. He goes out of his way to help and support event organisers, and is very flexible when the unexpected happens. Very approachable and happy to please, John is a quality act who never fails to impress.

Big thanks to John Barry for his tribute to Johnny Cash and the stars of Nashville where he performed solo in front of a crowd of 300+On April the 14th of this year. He provided his own sound and lighting and was a big hit with the motor caravan community where it was a full house with more chairs etc having to be brought in to accommodate the crowd.

John set up in 30 minutes, ready to go. I liked the classic songs . it was non stop at the West Winch Social Club which We travelled to , to see him perform. More modern Country john can perform, this I would like to see. John puts on a professional show.

I booked John on Saturday 15th Feb 2020 for a Johnny Cash tribute night. The evening was planned to encourage customers to book a night out following the Friday Valentines evening.

John did not disappoint …………….. Since taking over the Golden Boar, the evening was one of the best nights we've had so far. From when he arrived, set up through to a packed dance floor he was professional and a true entertainer. He will definitely be coming back Thanks John for a great night
