We are Jack and Ryan Beck, also known as The Magic Twins! Ever since we were around 8 years old, we have been fascinated by magic. Since 2014, we have been providing professional entertainment at weddings, birthdays, and many other events.

All of our DJ Hire packages include full sound and lighting equipment. This includes a professional-grade PA system, DJ booth, lighting effects, and backup gear – all PAT-tested and insured.
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event to set up. After the event, pack-down takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour. We liaise with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’ve been lucky to play at so many incredible weddings and parties, each with its own unique vibe and amazing memories. It’s hard to pick just one, but we love seeing the dance floor packed and everyone having the time of their lives. As for venues, we’ve played at some stunning ones across Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Cumbria, but it’s really the people and the energy that make the night special.
We've been influenced by a wide range of artists across genres, from legends like Queen and Michael Jackson to contemporary stars like Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa. It’s impossible to pick just one favorite artist because each one brings something unique to the table, but Queen definitely stands out for their timeless music and showmanship. As for the greatest song of all time, that’s a tough one—but 'Bohemian Rhapsody' has to be right up there for its genius composition and its ability to bring people together on the dance floor!
We started gigging by hosting a karaoke night at a family pub, which was a great way to get our foot in the door and share our love for entertaining. From there, word spread, and we began receiving enquiries for gigs at other pubs and private parties. It’s been an amazing journey, and those early days taught us the importance of creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for every event.

Yes, absolutely. When you choose DJ Hire with us, you’re welcome to send a playlist or song requests in advance. Our DJs are also happy to take requests on the night and adapt to the crowd.

Our Magic Mirror Photo Booth is more than just a fun activity—it’s a fantastic way to bring guests together. The instant prints serve as perfect ice-breakers, especially at weddings, corporate functions, or mixed gatherings. Guests love watching their photos print instantly, creating a magical moment and a shared experience that sparks laughter and conversation.
For DJ / Karaoke we generally arrive around an hour before the start time to set up. We would then play for around 4 - 5 hours
