Couldn’t recommend Rob enough, he was amazing on the day and made time to phone us before to go over last minute details. We wanted a special song for my walk down the aisle which wasn’t on his list but he learnt it especially for us which was amazing. If you’re thinking of booking Rob definitely do!

Rob played two sets at our private party. The acoustic guitar music was perfect for the lunchtime setting. Our guests were really complementary and I particularly enjoyed Rob's version of Foo Fighter's "Everlong". Rob kept things going nicely and finished with a few more lively songs. We hired Rob from Love Guitar for our wedding in August, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Rob is not only an amazing guitarist but also a great guy and extremely flexible when it comes to your requirements. He was so kind to learn a new song for us which he not only played flawlessly but looped it organically for as long as it took for my wife to walk down the aisle (what felt like forever!!). His music had this inate ability to ignite emotions. It was like having your personal acoustic soundtrack! Rob played during our ceremony and for an additional 2.5 hours for the outdoor reception. We will be asking any and all friends to hire him in the future so we may make up for the minutes missed during photos ?

Loveguitar played for our ceremony and also during the drinks reception. He was very professional and an excellent guitar player and created a wonderful atmosphere :) He even played outside unamplified (due to the rules of our venue) and it was beautiful.

Rob did an excellent job at our recent Corporate Event. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and instantly put me, as the organiser, at ease. It was the hottest day of the year, in a listed building which had no air-con and yet somehow he managed to remain professional, entertaining our guests in what I can only say were extreme weather conditions! I would highly recommend Rob. His playlist is never ending, with something for everyone and was played at the perfect volume so not to encroach on the guests who were mingling and chatting. Love Guitar aka Rob Shaw recently played at a pre lunch reception for 40 guests in Manchester’s ‘Restaurant MCR’ before we celebrated a birthday lunch.
He impressed to say the least. He arrived early, set up his equipment and did his sound check long before guests began to arrive.
He is a talented musician and added a lot of atmosphere to the start of the lunch, his music choices were spot on for what was a very happy occasion, discreet volume but a definite presence.

The whole process of booking, and pre-event communications with Rob, were excellent. In particular Rob was very proactive is making sure we selected the right kind of music for the event, and sorting out all the details.
