We had the pleasure of having Marc play ukuele at our wedding, and he was absolutely fantastic! His music created such a lovely atmosphere and really added something special to our day. He is incredibily talented, professional and a pleasure to have with us. We recieved so many compliments from our guests about how good he was. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented musician for their special occasion!

We booked Marc days before our event due to another supplier canceling on us. We decided that this was a blessing in disguise because Marc was so good! His song selection was perfect, he had a really good voice and we loved him so much that we convinced him to do another set. If he could have stayed longer, we would have had him for all of the party. I know a few of our guests would like to have him perform at their upcoming events.

We hired Marc for our wedding as we wanted something different than just a singer and Marc delivered. He is amazing on the ukulele and has a wonderful voice. He was very professional, polite and kind to all our guests and chatted with everyone. Guests commented how awesome he was! Even after his set he stayed chatting and helped us have a wonderful wedding day. Would highly recommend he is very talented and took the time to learn the songs we requested.

Marc writes and performs such a wide repertoire of songs, spanning many genres. His chord melody is superb as is his rhythmic strumming. One of the best solo performers I have seen on this year’s festival circuit.

Marc came to help as sound man July 2021. He ended up performing for us, everyone was blown away by his talent. He was brilliant! He’s also such a polite and pleasant person. I love to see how he’s progressing, very talented.

We couldn’t have asked for better entertainment for our wedding drinks. So unique having such a varied set list and we could compile all the songs we really loved. Everyone enjoyed it and it got people up dancing. Marc was a pleasure to deal with and made it very easy - even during a pandemic.

Last minute.com Marc came to the rescue after fulfilling a full on Easter weekend of gigs, to sing at our wedding. This was no ordinary wedding as Marc had to find his way from Cheshire to West Sussex to a woodland wedding venue. We made sure he was fed and watered before singing/playing his ukulele under a gazebo in a meadow with an open pit fire. Wow what a varied performance of songs did Marc cover! Rammstein to Eminem to Queen on the ukulele! Quirky yet very talented is Marc everyone thoroughly enjoyed listening to him. Marc is a very talented musician - don't be deceived by the ukelele, he's got oodles of ability. He's also multi-faceted - he appears to be able to turn his hand to any style and is a dab-hand at running a P.A. system. Finally, he's very reliable - when he says he'll be there, he'll run through brick walls to turn up on time!

Booked Marc to appear at Galway Uke Fest in 2018 and again in 2022.

His eclectic mix of styles and great musicianship always enthralled the audience. A mix of jazz standards and rock and pop classics keeps the audience engaged and guessing what was coming next. Not to mention his original music which stands on its own merits. He uniquely adapts his set to the occasion digging into his rich repertoire.

His workshops are top quality and always much appreciated.

In addition to his scheduled gigs, Marc also played a couple of impromptu sets in less formal settings (the pub!) and those who caught these still talk about his standing on the bar rocking out on his ukulele - you had to be there!

I booked Marc for my 50th with about 100 guests, after seeing him perform at a friend's party. He's got a great repetoire of the old and new and went down really well! I've had loads of positive feedback about him. Don't think that because he plays a ukulele that people won't dance or get into it - they absolutely will! You can pick tracks from his considerable playlist to suit whatever your musical preferences are.
He was also easy to deal with beforehand and got back to any queries I had, promptly.
I'd definitely recommend him and would be happy to book him again.

Not only a great musician, but a punctual and respectful man with a lovely aura. Seen him at plenty of music events and will probably see him at plenty more.

I first met Marc at a friend's 30th birthday part in Altrincham and he made the night! I asked if he was able to play at our Wedding party (even though it was in Leeds) and luckily he said he was! Marc was super easy to deal with before the event and was able to accommodate all our requests (including learning our first dance song and letting us use his sound system for a couple of speeches). On the day he was amazing - he engaged well with the group of around 130 of us and even took song requests! He absolutely made the night, and everyone said how great he was! I can't recommend him more highly - reasonably priced, hugely talented and a pleasure to deal with. Thank Marc :)

My wife & I got married in mid Feb 2018 at Trinity Buoy Wharf in London, we booked Marc in to play the Ukelele for ceremony music. I cannot speak highly enough about how good Marc was, not only was he spot on in terms of performance, he went above and beyond, keeping the 200 strong crowd entertained whilst the bride to be was 35 minutes late for the ceremony!

Marc played two sets at our wedding. One at our drinks reception and one to kick off our evening reception. He played both absolutely brilliantly with exactly the right mix of songs. Throughout the whole process from booking to the end of his performance, Marc was incredibly responsive and accommodating of our wishes. He brought a uniqueness to our wedding, he is fantastically talented, hardworking and his obvious passion for music shines through in his performance. Having seen Marc at the 2017 Eccles Rugby club beer festival, I knew he would be a perfect addition to my wife's party. Marc was a great hit with all our guests, including an experienced musician. His range of covers are fantastic and his personality will bring joy to any occasion. Marc was also able to accommodate a few requests made before his arrival and whilst performing. I would highly recommend Marc and would happily attend any public event he was performing at.

I have had Marc on many of my events and he is definitely one of the most hard working and professional artists out there. He plays a bunch of well known fun covers that you don't see many people cover as well as writing his own tracks. Don't let the uke fool you, he is awesome on it and its definitely his best instrument but also great on the acoustic. His Uke playing works perfectly for wedding ceremonies too. Worth booking if you want a hard working, professional but fun upbeat performer.

Fantastic. As a fellow musician, I've always appreciated a solo artist who can get up on stage alone and keep everyone entertained, with no backing track and just his instrument and vocals. My wife planned the surprise party for me and gave Marc a load of my favourite songs which he learned and played brilliantly, and on a ukulele which is one of my favourite instruments ever so hats off.

Marc was friendly and professional from our first point of contact through his Facebook music page, whilst I was searching for a musician to play at my Husband's surprise 30th birthday party.
He was open to what type of music I preferred to be played and learnt Bruce Springsteen songs solely for the enjoyment of my Husband.
He arrived with plenty of time to welcome himself, set his equipment up and speak to guests.
He was prompt on his times and was open to changes in the order of the night.
Money very well spent. You can tell he is passionate about his music.

Saw Marc at the Grand Northern Ukulele Festival 2017 in Huddersfield. His original songs brought a tear to my eye (and I'm not usually one to blubber at music!!) His performance really moved me, I felt like I'd been through what he'd been through. Definitely worth a watch.

We had a guitarist booked for my dads 70th Birthday, who cancelled at the last minute... Well me and my 5 brothers and sisters were devastated.. Anyway, I contacted Marc who stepped up with no notice whatsoever.. He was completely fantastic, he was supposed to play 2, 45minute slots but played the whole evening, and only stopped because we forced him too, (to eat).. Marc learnt a whole new bunch of songs just for us, in only 2 weeks and they sounded like he'd known them forever. My family (especially my dad) got very emotional on a few of them... I will be definitely using Marc again. A genuinely lovely and talenented young man. Thank you Marc... You made my dads birthday extra special... Belinda x

An excellent performance from Marc!

He played a full evening of completely acoustic songs which everybody loved! Marc was extremely professional and worked his set around our evening with a good mix of old & new songs - a top performance and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have watched Marc perform numerous times, and every single time he never fails to captivate. He is a clear perfection and puts all he has into every performance. The energy and atmosphere he creates is like no other. Not only a versatile musician, Marc is also a brilliant sound engineer. Able to resolve any sound problems in an instant, Marc is a natural, through-and-through muso! I would highly recommend Marc for any event, he will brighten the day of anyone who hears him.

We were recently let down by an artist and Marc came all the was from Manchester within 2/3 hours to help us out. He is a very pleasant and friendly young man who absolutely loves his music. He has extensive knowledge of all round music covering swing country jazz pop such as Ed Sheeran and many others plus, of course lots if the 60's. 70's and good old music.
