Marcus provided a fantastic performance at my mums party. He encouraged me to send her favorite songs, and any wishes she might have, ahead of the day. He arrived early on the day giving us time to discuss time of cutting cake, food serving, etc and to agree appropriate songs and tempo to accompany these times. I have no hesitation in recommending Marcus to perform at your event.

Marcus is absolutely brilliant. He came to sing for my daughter’s 40th birthday party. he got all the guest going in the second half and the kids absolutely loved him too. I will most definitely be booking him again if we have another Function that requires music.
The landlady of the public house where we had the party as requested his contact details for them to hire him in the future because they thought he was brilliant to. thank you very much, Marcus for making my daughters 40th birthday very memorable

Marcus made my birthday party extra special with his charm, good humour and of course his singing. From the moment I booked him nothing was too much trouble. He also liaised with a dancer I had booked independently so they worked out timings for the evening perfectly. His music was enjoyed by young and old and the evening was a great success. Thank you.

We had a private dinner party at home for 16 and Marcus was the after dinner entertainment. He started with some background music as everyone drunk their coffee and chatted, but soon cranked up the music and had everyone dancing. He sang a varied list of songs that we all knew and we all had just the most fantastic evening. I was not sure that my guests were going to let Marcus finish as they kept asking for more and more songs. Would I have Marcus again at a party, without a doubt, would I recommend him to others, most certainly.

Marcus played at our son’s christening earlier this year, he was fantastic! He played gentle jazz during the afternoon and interacted with young and old alike. The children played and sang along, with the inflatable guitars, saxophones and microphones he had brought along with him. A little later in the afternoon Marcus did another set of rock and roll and feet tapping classics – everyone was up dancing and singing along. Thank you Marcus for making the whole afternoon so much fun and gauging the audience so well.

What a great evening was had by all. Marcus entertained with nice music after the meal, not too loud people were able to talk. With his second set he upped the pace a bit and the dance floor was very busy. Definitely recommend and will book again. Thanks Marcus!

Marcus was a last minute booking , he arrived early and was very entertaining. He had a very good voice and the ages went from 1 to 96 and all were very pleased with the entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to book him again for any future events x

This is the second time we have booked Marcus for a family celebration, which really says it all! Once again he made our event thoroughly enjoyable. He is such a friendly easy going guy who listens to what you want, and once again everyone said how much they enjoyed his singing. He is very professional but at the same time you feel like he is part of your family and friends. Would definitely recommend Marcus to anyone, you would not be disappointed. Marcus entertained the guests at my Mum's 90th birthday party. I booked him to perform there several months ago and he has kept in touch with me regularly in a very professional way always answering my e-mails promptly. He arrived at the venue well in advance of the start time and the set up was very smooth and efficient. I could not believe how he transformed the residents lounge in my mother's residential home. His performance was really terrific. He was able to judge the mood of the guests brilliantly and they all really enjoyed his singing. I could not rate him more highly. He made all the difference to the party and I have had some great feedback. Thank you Marcus.

Marcus arrived before schedule and set up quickly. He was really flexible and provided exactly the type of entertainment we wanted. He was flexible and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble. He interacted with everyone and really got the guests singing and dancing along and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Marcus sang at my mum's 95th birthday party which we held in the hall of the retirement complex where she lives. From the time he arrived to set up he was most helpful and friendly. He really made the afternoon something special. His interaction with everyone was great and made my mum feel really special. He soon had all my mum's friends singing along, and involved the great grandchildren (who names he remembered) in handing out song sheets to everyone. After a short break he sang some livelier songs from the 60s which was a big hit with everyone, with people in their 80s & 90s up dancing and enjoying themselves. Everyone said what a great time they had and what a lovely voice Marcus had. Would definitely book him again for the next family function and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks once again Marcus for doing my mum proud and giving her and all her family and friends a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon!

We had an excellent evening with a wide range of ages. Everyone loved Marcus the music and his fantastic sense of humour.

We had two different sets of music, one for the arrival of guests and then the main party music. All the age groups just mingled and had a great time dancing we even had blow up guitars and microphones which the younger generation just loved.

I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone wanting something slightly different to the normal disco. Comments received on the night:-

Marcus was great throughout. From booking to performing, he was completely professional, friendly and accommodating. Took the time to learn a song for a 'first dance' for Mum and Dad and included many of their favourites in his two sets.

Marcus is a great guy, who sings and plays the trumpet beautifully. He played two different sets at my 50th Birthday Party. First, some excellent mood music as my guests arrived. He's really good at this - everybody loved the songs pitched at just the right level. Loud enough to hear and enjoy but also quiet enough so people could say hello and chat while they got a first drink. Marcus created a great atmosphere to get the party quietly buzzing. Later in the evening - in a break from the disco - he played a set of more up tempo numbers from the 50's and 60's which went down a storm with everyone and had people up and dancing. Marcus is both easy going and a thorough professional. He listened carefully for what i wanted for the event and he delivered it and more. I'm happy to recommend him. As would my guests. I think he got a couple of bookings from them!

My Mum requested a trumpeter for her 80th birthday party. Marcus came along and played his trumpet and sang for us. He was brilliant, he turned what could have been rather a dull affair in our village hall into a day for us all to remember. He sang a great selection of songs, got us all going in a sing song of tunes that my mum had particularly requested. He played his trumpet beautifully. He created such a fantastic atmosphere and everyone had a really wonderful time. Thank you Marcus! We would definitely recommend to anyone.

We got married in July 2015 and Marcus sung and played the trumpet during the drinks reception. He created such a lovely atmosphere and all the guests remarked on how great he was! We are so happy we booked him and would DEFINITELY recommend him to others. He was professional and friendly and so talented! He made a great addition to the wedding!

For a major event at the club we needed a versatile, professional performer who could engage a large and lively crowd. Marcus was all of this and more, singing all the right numbers with superb style and creating a great rappour throughout the clubhouse.
