Matt and Saxon are seasoned musicians with a vast set list of songs across a myriad of genres. With over a decade of live experience Matt and Saxon are consummate professionals ready to entertain any audience.
With lucious vocal harmonies enveloping their guitar duo sound, there is no song they will not tackle. Matt has a wide vocal range and can sing just about anything. From emotive ballads from the likes of Whitney Houston or Fleetwood Mac, to stadium anthems by the likes of Queen or Meat Loaf. Matt and Saxon can do it all vocally.
Saxon also provides his virtuosity as a guitarist and helps arrange renditions of popular songs into floor fillers every time.
With a setlist ranging from 60's to current pop smashes, Matt and Saxon can adapt to a wide range of commercial needs. Available as either a duo, 3 or 4 piece band.
They also like to engage audiences by taking requests on the fly, which can really personalise a performance and elevate an event from a bit of fun, to a gig the audience never forgets!

We are relatively flexible with how much space we need. We can trim down our equipment and setup time for the smaller performance space. A minimum of 2 plug sockets on either side of the performance space is ideal.
Yes we provide absolutely everything.
Any load in information is always helpful. Being as close to the performance space as possible helps minimise carrying equipment long distances. We need to know in advance if a sound limiter is a factor.
We can and it is part of our price guide and often included in our higher packages.

Queen are collectively our favourite band.
Matt and Saxon have been gigging around 12 years collectively. We've performed well over a thousand gigs in this time in varying formats (duo, trio & full band) at a host of events including, festivals, weddings, pubs, corporate events and clubs.
During this time Matt and Saxon have also had multiple residencies at different venues across the northwest as well as running some popular open mics in the north west too.
Private parties are fun. It's nice to be trusted with such a personal occasion and have the responsibility to ensure everyone has a great time.
We generally arrive to most performances with around 90 minutes until our performance time. Setting up usually takes around 45 minutes and we use the rest of the time to address any issues with equipment if there are any.
Unless there is any extreme weather we are happy to accomodate playing outside!
We offer different priced packages based on requests and we can offer the client the opportunity to choose our entire setlist. This can be expensive as it's a lot of work on our part, but something we have done previously and are happy to do for any event.
Clients love our versatility and the range of our setlists, we always try to cater to everyone in the room.
We require a 20% deposit to confirm any private booking.
No deposit is required for public events. Just a booking confirmation.
