Glow Band is an outstanding duo and I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding or special event!

In the lead up to our wedding, their bubbly and uplifting attitude made organising music for our reception a total breeze. They were incredibly responsive to messages and updates, and even on the day itself they adapted so well to slight changes in schedule - ensuring our big day was calm and relaxed!

We and our guests absolutely loved the two sets they performed at our wedding. Michelle's voice is divine and James' guitar skills completely wowed us! Their repertoire of songs is impressive, featuring original renditions of all the classic hits that had our guests up and dancing into the evening. As a couple it really shows that they are totally in tune with one another on stage and this really added to wonderful atmosphere they created on our special day. Thank you both so much!

I'm just writing to you to commend Michelle's performance at the Buckley Gin and Fizz Festival a few weeks ago. She did an amazing job and really got the crowd going. We would definitely welcome her at future events.

These guys are amazing! We have seen them perform both together and separately and they never disappoint. Their interaction with the audience is great and their versatility is what makes them appeal to both young and old

Glow, what a great acoustic duo! We have them on our steak evening which is great for when our customers are dining as it isn't too loud or intrusive. But if you need it ramping up they can do that also as we have had them for party evenings when they do a disco set or an electric set and they really know how to entertain. 10 out of 10 to them as they never disappoint us and we will continue to use them to entertain our customers.

We run a caravan park in Cheadle, Staffordshire and use Afterglow quite often. We have very good feedback from our customers and would highly recommend these guys. We would give Glow 5 stars! Best acoustic duo we have had here.

From the planning stage through to the big day itself, Glow Band were an amazing part of our wedding celebration. They made it easy and effortless to plan what we wanted and we knew we were in safe, talented hands. As a slightly anxious wedding planner myself, I was calmed by knowing I could rely on them to deliver exactly what we dreamed of.
On the day, we experienced some unexpected minor delays in the running of the day - Glow Band adapted instantly to these delays and timing changes and went with the flow. They were ready to start as soon as we needed, always happy to adjust timings where we asked. Having Glow Band perform a unique version of our aisle song was one of the highlights of our wedding day. The connection between Michelle and James meant that they knew how to seamlessly extend and adapt the song under pressure to allow me more time to prepare myself to walk in the bridal procession. Our wedding day then featured an acoustic set as well as an electric set to get the party started in the evening. Every guest enjoyed this part especially as we were all up, singing and dancing to the classic hits. Michelle’s presence and energy on stage is incredible and James’ guitar solos were an exceptional treat for us all. You can instantly tell these two are in their element as soon as you see them on stage together. They were even happy to let my saxophonist bridesmaid join them up on stage to perform together for a few numbers - their flexibility and openness with this meant a lot to me. Overall, we were thrilled to have Glow Band at our wedding: they truly livened up our intimate celebration and brought everyone together! Michelle and James were fantastic, I had seen Michelle perform on her own previously but her and James complement each other perfectly. They put their own, great twists on each and every cover they perform. I would definitely recommend them for your event, they will not disappoint!

Glow performed here at Gradbach Mill & Farmhouse for a Wedding Party on 1st June 2019 and they were just fantastic. They created a wonderful atmosphere and they were thoroughly enjoyed by the guests and passers-by who stopped to watch their set. They brought a real feel of romance to the day and because they performed just before the Bride and Grooms Blessing they really set a beautiful tone for the ceremony. The Duo are highly recommended by us as a venue and we hope we get to listen to their amazing set again soon.

Michelle and James played a rocking repertoire. I loved the energy between them, it made their performance sparkle. They arrived promptly and set up really quick. The evening had over 300 guests in attendance and we enjoyed the music.

After seeing Michelle and James perform I am very excited to have booked them for my upcoming wedding in June! They have worked with me to provide something a little unique and special just for my day!

We had Michelle singing at my wife’s birthday party yesterday, she is brilliant artist and everybody commented on how good she made the night. A good range of songs to suit every taste. She is a lovely person and a pleasure to speak to, she listened to our preferences and specific requests and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Glow were fantastic! From the minute they arrived, they were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked them to play both acoustic and electric guitar sets, which worked well as we got a great mix of music. Michelle's voice is incredible - a vast range, very versatile and clearly experienced. The duo knew exactly how to please the audience, and filled the dance floor for the final set. I would not hesitate to recommend them or book them if we ever need live music again. Thank you for making the party so great!
