Oscar and his band were outstanding. So many guests commented on the excellence of the band! The music for our 1920s themed event was played with verve and with true talent and enjoyment. In addition to producing wonderful, toetapping music, the band were superbly responsive and flexible, adapting their set to our timing and to the moods and tempo of the guests. I highly recommend the Misophone Collective for any event!

The band was MAGNIFICENT! Such talented musicians and a unique and fabulous part of our wedding day. We loved the musical choices and were surprised yet delighted that our guests took it upon themselves to take to the dance floor! Quite unexpected but a testament to the magical qualities of music. Witnessing multiple generations responding to the music became one of the most special memories of the day! The atmosphere this band created was electric, and seeing as many of our guests were musicians or involved in the creative industry we can wholeheartedly recommend this band for an event!

Oscar and gang absolutely made the ceremony and drinks reception at our wedding. The weather was horrible, and our outdoor plans were in tatters, however the atmosphere inside the barn where our ceremony was eventually held was phenomenal, and that was very much because of this excellent band. Everybody commented how fantastic they were. All requests were played, and communication was excellent as Oscar was responsive throughout. If you need a band for your wedding, DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THESE! Would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Oscar and Oli we’re fantastic at our garden party to celebrate our wedding - they came fully equipped and far exceeded our expectations! Everyone was up and dancing - ‘toxic’ was a surprising favourite!

I had the Misophone Collective to play my wedding a couple of weeks back, and they were sensational! The multi-instrumentalist singer they provided in particular was an incredible showman. We would highly recommend them.

We hired three members of this band (violinist, guitarist and double bass) and they were great !
Great price and great professionals.
Definitely will book them again if a band is needed.

Oscar on violin and Barney his brother on accordion where pure class for my mums 80th. They played a mixed set of gypsy jazz, Irish jiggs and more contemporary pieces. Beautiful timbre to both instruments, everyone was asking how to book them. Great day, great lads and suitable for all ages, well done boys, magical memories made.

Here at Heart events we love The Misophone Collective. They played in our cafe on Tuesday night 30 April and they were amazing, we would welcome them back anytime. They started off with some Django Reinhart style numbers, playing in particular to the strengths of the 2 violins. In the second set they moved into a European gypsy theme getting more and more hectic and lively. The audience loved them and were up clapping and dancing- almost dancing on the tables!

I saw the misophone collective performing in Leeds last night night and the atmosphere was terrific! All highly accomplished musicians with so much fun energy. The whole crowd loved them!!
