Setup/arrival times:
1 hour for solo bookings
30 minutes alongside DJ
Performance times:
Ceremony - 1 hour total. 30 minutes before, as guests arrive and are seated, bridal entrance, signing songs and recession walk
Drinks reception - 2 x 45 minute sets
Wedding breakfast - 2 x 45 minute sets
Evening transition - 1 hour
Sax with DJ - 3 x 30/2 x 45 minutes sets
I’m happy to play to be flexible with these timings but I’ve found that these timings are most popular.
Absolutely. 50% of my summer bookings are outside. I have a fully rechargeable system allowing me to be positioned in the best place rather than being restricted by cables/power supply.
I have a large song list and encourage clients to choose their favourites and create a customised playlist. I’m also happy to create playlists from a brief. If you would like to see example playlists for different types of event - just ask.
