Phil performed a fantastic accoustic set for our wedding last week. Many of our guests commented on how great the music was. Phil played chilled out versions of a mixture of current and all time classic songs, which were the perfect background to our champagne and canape reception.
Phil is very easy to liaise with and flexible to specific requests, learning 3 new songs that we specifically wanted.
He also performed a great upbeat set at the start of our evening reception with a couple of friends as a 3 piece which kept everyone on the dancefloor for the full hour! Couldnt recommend highly enough.

We booked Phil on the spur of the moment to play at our wedding which took place weekend before last.
He was amazing!
I simply cannot praise or thank or recommend him highly enough.
We got married in Birmingham. He travelled the night before to ensure he was there on time. When we arrived from church he was playing - all set up and it made the perfect atmosphere whilst people milled about.
We ended up staying outside because of the beautiful weather and he adapted, moving his kit around and performed outside. Nothing was too much trouble.
He absolutely made the start of our night do. Got people dancing and singing along. Phil had learnt our first dance song and the Dad/Daughter dance song which made them so special.
Everybody loved him. In fact many said he helped to make the day.
Like I say, can’t recommend him highly enough.
He’s personable, professional, reliable, friendly and an all round nice bloke on top!

I booked Phil for my 30th Birthday do at a local restaurant, after hearing him play on a Saturday morning in Beverley. Phil was outstanding - a true entertainer, he picked a fantastic set list, which was perfect for the crowd! We all had the best night, thank you Phil! :D

Well what can I say - I booked Phil for a 40th birthday party celebrations and it was the best decision I have ever made he made the party without a doubt! He not only sounds amazing but he got everyone involved and entertained all evening - after the party the only thing anyone was taking about was Phil - I can’t thank him enough I will defiantly be using him again - thank you so much Phil x

Really pleased we booked Phil to sing at our wedding. I was so lucky that I found him on face book. I watched his show Reel and was so impressed. He was incredible with a beautiful voice. So many of my guest made a comment of how they loved the singer. So I felt so proud that I picked him, as it's a huge decision to make, choosing your entertainment for your big day. As you want your guest to have a great time too. They absolutely loved him. He went out of his way to learn a song that I requested. It was such a special moment that Someone managed to capture on film.
He played some great songs. My favourite moment is the last song, when everyone got up to dance.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing Phil is!! He entertained our guests at our wedding on Saturday and everyone absolutely loved him. The finale song definitely went down a storm with everyone rocking out. I wish we could do it all again!!! Thanks Phil, big love from The Parkers xx

A huge thank you to Phil Richards for making our wedding extra special.
He played acoustic tunes through our ceremony and drinks reception and then with The Bants during the evening. All guest commented on how fantastic his voice was. Fab song choices too. Really professional, great communication, everyone had an amazing time.

Phil played at our wedding 2 days ago at Lincoln Castle. His standard of performance was really excellent, fantastic singer. Phil took the time to learn our first dance song too and played it perfectly.
Since it was a such hot day Phil also improvised and moved his kit around so as to play outside for a time (it was getting very warm in our TeePees) which gave a really chilled out and relaxed feel to the day, playing with the beautiful backdrop of Lincoln Castle with guests sitting on hay bails and dancing was special too.
A 10/10 service for sure (I think my cousin even tried to book him for their wedding next year too such was his level of performance and friendly persona). Thanks for being part of our special day Phil, we really appreciate it.

We asked Phil to play an acoustic set during our wedding reception in June and can't say enough good things about him. He is super friendly and accommodating and turned up in plenty of time for the set. The quality and range of his music was perfect in creating a relaxed and chilled atmosphere during our canapes and drinks time and all of our guests commented on how great he was. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks for making our day even more special Phil!

There are no words to describe how amazing Phil is. He entertained guests from the minute he arrived until late in the evening with his extreme talent, he played a fantastic range of songs to suit the day and learnt several new ones specifically for our first dance and aisle songs. Everyone commented on how great he was, our wedding would not have been such a success without him!
He is professional, reliable and responded to my many emails, messages and outrageous demands without hesitation.

I loved watching Phil perform. He is really unique and brings something different every time. I usually get bored watching singers but he keeps me interested throughout his whole performance. Phil performs confidently and competently. I most recently attended one of his shows this year and witnessed that his playing has developed well since I last saw him play. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him especially as his attitude and professionalism has always been excellent.

When Phil first played for me I was massively impressed with how he carries himself. He oozes confidence and professionalism from every pore and with damn good reason. This performer knows his instruments and uses them beautifully to keep audiences captivated with his unwavering voice and skill on the guitar. This is consistent, every time I've had the pleasure of seeing him perform has left my hands sore from heartfelt applause. The sky is the limit for this performer and if you see/hear him you'll definitely understand why.

I don't know where to start, Phil was absolutely fantastic for our special day. Everything from his organisation to his communication was brill, and his performance stunned everybody. The fact that he learnt 2 additional songs as requests for our first dance and another special song to us was just the icing on the cake!! Could not recommend more.

Phil performed at our charity football tournament for The Stephen Hughes Foundation and was a fantastic addition to the day. We wanted to add live music to the day this year, and after seeing Phil perform elsewhere, we knew he would be perfect for our event. I booked Phil for our annual Summer doo at Kardomah 94 as he was recommended to me by a friend. So glad she recommended him as he was superb, I think I can speak on everyone's behalf as everyone thought the same 'he was amazing'. Phil sang Callum Scott's, Dancing on my Own as per our request, it was safe to say everyone in the room had goosebumps, he was unbelievable! Phil is very likeable and charming and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.
