Reviews of Prince Buster

Ever since John won the Carlsberg Performer of the Year back in 1999 I have continued to book John with great success. From working men's clubs to corporate events, John's repertoire means he can tailor his show to suit all venues.

I booked John for a Valentine's evening and the opening of my new venue. I had never booked live entertainment before but needn't have worried. Johns laid back music throughout the meal and livelier music that got the crowd up and dancing proved the perfect night for my diners.

I booked John for my wedding at Quendon Hall, Essex and must say not only did everyone thoroughly enjoy themselves but I was also impressed by how at ease he put my mind during the build-up to what is a very stressful day. Once we had agreed times John was there exactly as he said and performed all the songs that I requested. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

We have used John as our resident performer for over 5 years now. Not only is he an excellent performer but also has become a good friend to all of the staff here. He has often helped out at numerous charities, as well as appearing at a number of weddings here. He also performs two of his tribute shows here per year and I look forward to seeing him again in November.

John provided the perfect Italian black tie event for my wedding at Nolitas Ristorante in Hertfordshire. We booked the Rat Pack show and were entertained with songs from Sinatra to Dean Martin; and Sammy Davis Jnr to Tony Bennett. I would definitely attend one of his shows in the future.

John recently performed at Down Hall, Herts. at a wedding and received rave reviews. We have since used him for a number of functions and wedding fares and found him to be a very professional, reliable and likeable guy who is always willing to accommodate the fussiest of clients!

Recommended to me by a friend you always know you are going to get good value for money. Exceptional, funny, had the crowd going all night.

A returning regular favourite that always pleases our members. Welcomed back time and time again.

Provided a slick performance at one of our Oscar nights at the Riverside Suite, Vauxhall Recreational Club, Luton

A great Night had by all!

We have used John a number of times now at our casinos to give the James Bond-type look for the night and he has never failed to deliver yet. Looking forward to having him back this year.

John provides us with regular entertainment at our venue on a regular basis. He seems to know exactly what to play at the right times to the satisfaction of our customers.

A new act for 2008 John combines music and comedy perfectly times and is suited for our audience. It is only a shame we did not discover him sooner.

Recommended by a friend for my 40th birthday party had a great time, All types of music was catered for from Swing, and Robbie Williams to 60s and 70s music, and a good time was had by all.

John managed a lively boisterous pub very well and made a nice change to the usual shouting karaoke competitions we usually have. Hope to see him in the near future again. If we can still book him!

A regular performer for us here. We often book him for our May bank holiday weekend BBQs and he always gives our guests a good time!

Coming all the way from London I did not think John would travel this far but he offered without hesitation. Arrived dead on time and ensured my wedding went with a bang. He kept me regularly updated throughout the build-up of what is a very stressful event and never once did I feel his performance was in doubt.

Good efficient performer playing all the kinds of songs we enjoy. Everything you want from a local singer.

Thanks, John for another great night! A night well enjoyed with plenty of positive comments by our members.

Thanks, John for making my Wedding go so smoothly. I knew from the moment I saw you at the Wedding fair at the Manor of Groves that we made the right choice!

Just a quick note to show my appreciation for entertaining our guests at my daughter's wedding.

John was very punctual, he turned up early to set up. He is a very talented singer & everyone commented on that. His song choices were brilliant & he even allowed requests from guests. He was just a singer but also an entertainer, he made people laugh & was so professional throughout. The feedback I got from the guests was amazing- John was the true professional & an excellent performer. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

What I love about booking Prince Buster is that you have full confidence in his show. Not only is he a good performer but he interacts well with the crowd cracking the odd joke. It is also not uncommon to see Prince Buster jump off the stage and join in the dancing with the crowd!

Managed a very rowdy bunch at our beer festival. His madness show was exactly the act we needed and handled the crown really well. Will definitely book again!

Performed at our open festival night this summer with his Madness show. Went down a storm!

Booked for the officers' mess at Buckingham Gate together with other acts. He also provided us with a DJ and as well as performing hosted the evening and literally ran the evening to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Prince Buster has performed many times at our casinos on our Cabaret night. Whether it is his Rat Pack Show or his new Madness tribute he always delivers!

Prince Buster completed a 7-day mini tour of our Hotel Chain in Tenerife. He was punctual and delivered a high-class show for all of our guests. Thank you Prince Buster!

Booked Prince Buster for our Christmas show as the headline act. He did not disappoint and kept the dance floor full all night!

I was recommended by a friend over here in Dubai and he completed a vacation with a three-show stay at our venue. He blew the guests and locals away with his performance and I hope to see him again.

The reason I use Prince Buster is not only because he is a great performer but he is also so versatile. From His Madness tribute show he not only can perform The Rat Pack, Robbie Buble, Soul and Motown but he even DJs as well. A total entertainment package. Have known him for a long time now and will continue to use his services.

I booked Prince Buster for a Valentine's evening. I had never booked entertainment before so was a little worried but I needn’t have. Prince Buster was professional fro the start contacting me prior to the event and making sure everything was as I wanted from performance and arrival times to song selections. A good time was had by all.

Ever since Prince Buster won the London Carlsberg performer of the year we have continued to use him for not only his tribute shows but his general covers show which he also performs. A general all-around entertainer with a huge repertoire.
