Alex was absolutely perfect in every way; couldn't have wished for anything better. Just seemed to know what to do and when to do it and made no demands at all on me; just got quietly on with what he had been paid to do. Being unfamiliar with this situation I wondered how many drinks he might require; the answer..... asking me where he could get a coffee before he started. Thank you and very well done Alex.
