Hi Colin turned up well in time and played our songs absolutely incredible, very polite, and dressed perfect. We cant thank him enough for being part of our dad's final journey. Will definitely be using again and also recommending him. Thank you once again Colin.

Colin closed the service at sunderland crematorium perfectly & led us out to the garden of remembrance. He looked great, was professional & played to reflect a celebration of a long happy life. The service had talked of gran being a proud Scot, Colin’s playing was a fitting tribute & made the day really memorable.

Colin came on time, played flower of Scotland, Skye boat song, for the scattering of my husbands ashes on what would have been his 80th birthday. It was so touching to hear Colin play, on such a sad occasion, he is so easy to get on with, I could not thank him enough.

Called Colin last minute. So obliging, played exactly what we wanted and more. Everyone commented, such a lovely touch to see our mam off.

Colin was the best ever. Absolute wonderful man. My family and I were so grateful to have Colin travel so far for us and do 2 funerals in the space of a couple of months. I will leave this review on all sites he is on.

Got in touch with Colin as a last minute request to pipe my daughter in an out of the wedding ceremony he gladly obliged to fit us in and was top class. He played all the requests with ease and went down a storm with the guests totally made a great start to the day and was the star of the show with the exception of my daughter (bride) would recommend Colin without hesitation.

Fantastic made the day, knew exactly what to play and when took the stress out of us having to arrange it all.

Colin helped to make my daughters' wedding day extra special. He was happy to take requests on the day. I can recommend him to help make any occasion memorable.

I wanted to book a piper for my dad's wedding at very short notice, less than a week! Colin responded to my message very quickly and luckily he was available. Although I couldn't give him much information straight away ie times, songs etc and probably only being given a day to prepare by the time he got the information, Colin was very professional and let us get back to him in our own time. On the day Colin played brilliantly, my dad was over the moon and there was a lot of great comments made about him. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Colin played as we left the church for my late fathers funeral, and walked (and played) in front of the funeral car as he was led into the crematorium. A very sad day for us all but a beautiful memory and such a personal tribute to him for which we can't thank Colin enough. Sad but amazing, and commented on by all who attended. Colin was fantastic. He looked great and his music fantastic. He was bang on time and really reduced the stress that comes with organising a wedding. Would definitely recommend Colin to anyone for wedding or other events.

Colin was just magnificent at our wedding on Saturday. First of all he saved us last minute as our bagpiper cancelled two weeks before the wedding. Our day was a very intimate church wedding and we asked Colin to play Highland Cathedral as we exited the church as it meant a lot to my husband (reminding him of his grandfather who is no longer with us). The vicar made a last minute decision with us to take the wedding party to my mother's grave while Colin was playing. He made that moment so special for us both and for the family and then he managed to uplift everyone's spirits afterwards with his clever choice of songs to follow (including the yellow submarine). It wouldn't have been the same without Colin and his pipes! Thank you so much.

We live in Vancouver, British Columbia and we wanted to surprise my father in law in Newcastle, UK for his 70th birthday. Right from the initial enquiry Colin was quick to respond and made the whole process of booking him simple. We were not there for the party, but we understand from relatives that Colin was the talk of the day as he was professional and ensured that there wasn't a dry eye in the house. I would highly recommend Colin and would not hesitate to book him again.

I contacted Colin and he's a very nice man and I needed him to play at my late mother in laws funeral all I can say is he did us very proud reliable and well presented well worth the money and we were very pleased with it 10/10

We booked Colin at short notice to make a surprise entry at a 60th birthday party and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He played a super selection of tunes and it was a great experience for the children present to ask questions and enjoy a completely unique musical treat. All our guests enjoyed it so much and it provided such wonderful memories of the birthday celebration for our family. Colin was very prompt will any e mail queries and spot on time for the surprise entrance.

I booked colin as a surprise at my daughters wedding, it was a beautiful surprise to be enjoyed by all. He was such a friendly warm person whom was happy to greet the guests with his wonderful music. Excellent service, excellent playing. Highly recommend this cheerful chap. xx

Colin piped for our wedding and did a great job. He was good, well dressed, gave extensive list of tunes and reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

I contacted Colin at the last minute to ask if he would surprise my husband Jim, who hosts a Burns supper for all his friends at home each year.
They were all thrilled with Colin's musicianship and appearance in full highland gear, and it made it an occasion to remember.
He's a really nice man and was only too happy to do what was required.

I went to a lot of bother to organise a piper as a surprise for my husband .
I updated Colin all the way and when I had got permission I contacted him to arrange a time , a schedule etc .
I got a very brief reply with bank details to pay in full to book .
This was never mentioned at the beginning of the conversation
I was more than happy to pay a deposit . The message was abrupt and just asked for full payment .
Not impressed .
