Reviews of Rejigged Ceilidh Band

The Rejigged Ceilidh Band played for our wedding a couple of weeks ago at High Rocks and they were absolutely wonderful! The talented band performed for us an incredible Scottish Ceilidh and dressed accordingly! The music was superb and the caller made the dance easy for all our wedding guests to follow! We even received a congratulations on our wedding card from the band! Their communication was superb, the music remarkable and we cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you Rejigged!

Rejigged played at our 30th wedding anniversary and were excellent. The evening was greatly enjoyed by all with everybody from 8 to 80 having lots of fun! It was fantastic to celebrate our special day with live music from the band and dancing with friends and family back together again after so long. This type of social dance was perfect as we had several small groups of people and individuals who didn't know many of their fellow guests but our friendly caller managed to get everybody involved. With thanks again to all at Rejigged for a wonderful evening.

Rejigged at my 30th birthday party Thank you so much to Rejigged band who absolutely made our birthday party come to life - everyone left with beaming smiles on their faces. The caller had great energy and encouraged us all out onto the dance floor with good humour, even the shy ones got up and danced! The band were really organised and communicated well before the event. We had such fun stomping around the hall that we actually damaged the ceiling of the room below! Great range of tunes and dances, very jolly all round. Would recommend!

A lovely, friendly professional band Re-Jigged Ceilidh Band were recommended to me by one of their players for our charity Barn Dance. They were great fun, friendly and very professional. Chris contacted me in advance to enquire about access, parking, and facilities in the hall to make correct arrangements. They arrived 1and 1/2 hours beforehand and set up their equipment efficiently. They looked good on stage with coloured lights along the front and dressed appropriately. Each member is a professional musician and the music was excellent, with balance and volume adjusted perfectly for the hall. They kept 90 people dancing for 3 hours, with an interval . It was a great atmosphere.
I hope they will play for us again and I would not hesitate to recommend the Rejigged Ceilidh Band.

We hired Rejigged for our wedding reception. The guests all loved joining in and learning the dances. Best decision of the day (other than saying I do) was hiring them.

Rejigged played for our recent anniversary party. They were an excellent band and caller who got nearly everyone, including ceilidh novices, on their feet and dancing, making the evening great fun.

We hired this band for our church 25th anniversary. The band were fun and professional and also helped with the little ones who wanted to join in. A very enjoyable evening for everyone. Thank you so much for a great evening.

Rejigged were hired to play at my 50th birthday party. After reading many positive reviews from their website, I was really looking forward to an entertaining evening of music, dance and laughter with my friends and family. They didn’t disappoint!

Chris liaised on behalf of the band and kept regular contact, before the event, ensuring he knew exactly how I wanted the evening to pan out. Booking and payment was simple and advice offered to maximise the success of the evening.

We had booked the 5 piece Cailidh band, including the caller. The musicians were highly skilled professionals and their choice of music was perfect for the evening. The caller was entertaining and very patient with us dancers, who joined in enthusiastically, if not skilfully! (Let’s face it, going wrong in the dance is half of the fun!)

The band played non-stop for one and a half hours, stopped for half an hour for refreshments and then continued for a further hour. It was wonderful to see the enjoyment on everyone’s faces and the atmosphere was full of fun and laughter.

The band really made my special birthday an event to remember: they were excellent!

If a Ceilidh band is something you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to book Rejigged; you won’t be disappointed, I promise.

The band were very flexible and fitted in with supper and speeches etc. The music was really great it’s just a shame that people were a bit slow in joining in. This band played at my mother's 70th birthday party. They were excellent. Really accommodating, enthusiastic and friendly. Nearly everyone got up and had a dance, and had great fun (even the self-proclaimed non-dancers). I couldn't recommend them more.
