Wow what can we say! Relative Cool performed at our wedding reception and were just amazing. We had so many compliments on how good they sounded and the music. I know I’m repeating a lot of comments on here but this band made our wedding, they were fantastic from start to finish.

We had Chris and Gabrielle play the ceremony and then play a couple of sets in the afternoon and they were brilliant. They learned some songs for our ceremony and nailed them. We had so many fantastic comments about them from our guests.

Their sets through the day were superb as well, some brilliant songs which kept our guests entertained, couldn’t have asked for more.

In the evening they were joined by the wider band who took it to the next level for the party. The songs they played they filled the floor all night and performed them first class.

They even learned the song for our first dance and just made it extra special.

So many good things to say about them, they were so professional throughout the entire event I wish I could do it all again.

JUST BRILLIANT. Relative Cool played for our wedding on the 1st April 2024 in the Lake Districts and we honestly could not be happier. From the first time we contacted them, they were super helpful and replied quickly to any queries we had. All of our guests have commented on how amazing the band was (and we couldn’t agree more). It was lovely to see all of our guests up and dancing. Thank you so much for playing for us!

Cannot recommend this lovely and talented band enough! From booking up to the week of the wedding we had great communication from them. There was a slight delay with our evening reception starting and the band were very accommodating and reassuring. Our guests haven't stopped commenting about how amazing the music and atmosphere was and the dance floor was full from the moment they began their set until they played their last song. Relative Cool completed our wedding reception, it would not have been the same without them! They performed our first dance and the father-daughter dance within their set, it was so special to have them performed live and we had so many comments from guests about how great they were.
They were a last minute booking for us, due to unforeseen circumstances but I fully believe everything happens for a reason! Communication with the band beforehand was professional and prompt, they arrived at the venue to set up and were all very friendly and happy, the music variation was perfect for an event where there are such vast age differences, they even had my grumpy uncle up dancing!
It’s clear to see the passion from every band member, the talent here is amazing! If you are unsure if you want a band for your wedding, I can tell you that my experience with this band has definitely made me realise that I would have regretted it if I hadn’t!

Relative Cool brought our wedding alive. Everyone was up on their feet for both sets. I would definitely recommend this band to anyone who wants to create a memorable evening of live music from a very talented group.

Incredible band! We booked them for our wedding reception and they were amazing. They really engaged with the crowd and kept us dancing all night, the bassist in particular is amazing, he’s a proper funky guy! Afterwards everyone was talking about how good the musicians were and the vocalist was brilliant. We would definitely recommend them for weddings and parties.

Relative Cool played two fabulous sets for my daughter's wedding evening reception on Saturday. They were excellent and everyone loved them. Great musicians and lovely people.

We hired Relative Cool for my Mum's surprise 50th birthday. Relative Cool were extremely accommodating when booking, especially with my unusual requests that made the surprise possible.

The evening itself was unbelievable with the whole band playing to an extremely high standard.

Let alone the song choices. What a set!

What an amazing band!! I booked them for my 40th birthday bash and wow do they know how to fill a dance floor?!! Hugely talented musicians and the most incredible vocalist performing hit after hit.. didn’t want them to finish!! Loads of people commented on how fantastic they were! I’d highly recommend them for any special do! Oh and did I mention they’re the loveliest people too? Thanks so much Relative Cool, already planning when to book you guys again! ?

We thought Relative Cool were absolutely brilliant when they played at our wedding. The vocalist was fabulous! The 3 sets filled the whole evening and definitely had everyone up dancing. I also really appreciated little things like the singer chatting with one of the kids while they had a break between sets. They were thoroughly professional throughout. We spoke to Tom before the evening and he was always really responsive with messages. We would definitely recommend them and thank you very much for making it a great evening!

Well what can we say, there isn’t enough praise, recognition & gratitude for how amazing Relative Cool were on our wedding evening. From the initial enquiry to the day, communication was excellent, the actual performance was beyond expectations & all the way through from the first song, our guests were on their feet. Superb mix of genres, suited the whole wedding party, so professional, we will be following the band going forward. Can’t recommend enough. Thankyou to you all for a wonderful evening.

WOW. What an incredible band Relative Cool are. They played at our wedding and created such an amazing atmosphere. They played some fantastic songs, got everyone up dancing and kept the dancefloor full. Our guests all commented on how brilliant the band were, and even now they're still talking about them!
They are all lovely, fun people that are so invested in having a good time and performing a great set, and it really shows.
We would 1000% (not a typo) recommend Relative Cool to anyone considering booking a band. We're hoping we can get someone else we know to book the band in the future, so we can dance with them all over again.

Absolutely fantastic! We originally booked a DJ - decided 6 months before our wedding to book Relative Cool, and boy were we pleased we did! This band are truly fantastic, they were the icing on the cake of an amazing day! I would recommend anyone booking this band! They really got the party going!
