And no, I’ve never actually heard another saxophonist live, but I wouldn’t want to. We hired Robert to play during the drinks reception of our wedding in August and it was just PERFECT! We didn’t want a wedding full of frills- ultimately, we just wanted to create a chilled vibe in an intimate venue, surrounded by our close friends and family, with maybe a little hint of sunshine.

My (now) husband and I were keen to have a saxophonist play at our drinks reception and luckily Robert came up as a suggested supplier at our venue. We are SO glad he did because from the minute we heard his showreel on his website, we knew we had found the musician for us. Robert played at our wedding reception drinks in June and was exactly what we had hoped for and so much more! It was exactly the kind of vibe we were after and Robert was such a pleasure to have as part of our big day! He has such a great range of songs, but was so accommodating of what we wanted in particular, played every song amazingly and was an all round lovely guy! We wanted something a little different for our wedding and we thought a sax player would be a great idea. Robert was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had so many comments throughout the day. Robert was so accommodating and nothing was an issue. From the original plan being an outside ceremony, to then last minute setting up inside because of the lovely British weather...
I also asked for an extra hour to be added so he could play during our wedding breakfast and again, the quote was amended immediately without question only a couple of weeks before the wedding.
