My name is Robin Curtis, I'm a 29 year old guitarist & vocalist and live DJ.
I am a multi genre, diverse performer and have spent the last11 years playing hundreds of live events, weddings and more across the UK.
I play primarily as a solo acoustic act using both acoustic and electric guitars, performing well known upbeat and/or laidback songs from artists such as Oasis, Beatles, Don Mclean, Feeder, Foo Fighters, David Bowie, Paolo Nutini, Monkees, Eagles, Libertines, Monkees, Fleetwood Mac, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and many more.
Each set list can be handpicked/arranged to suit your event and requests of songs (if i know them!) are also taken (you choose a song out of the folder and I play it for you).
I am also a trained DJ, and have DJ'd at many weddings, events, private parties, BBQ's and more, available to book at an extra cost.

I have a high amount of experience in the live music scene, having gigged across the UK in a wide range of venues mostly across Cornwall, Devon and Exeter and also cities such as Liverpool, London, Bristol, Exeter, Portsmouth, Southampton, abroad in Cyprus in 2019 and appearing live at the world famous Cavern Club, Liverpool where I was chosen by their head artist to perform on the front stage.

Yes, I'm fully self contained. I bring my own Mackie thump sound system too all oy my gigs as well as a lighting rig if required.
I need to know the address to sort directions, and ensure that is a decent space to load the equipment and park my van.
Yes! I'm more than happy to provide music from Spotify before, after and between my sets to keep the party going. I'm happy to choose the music myself, or work together with you to choose the music.

I performed at the world famous Cavern Club, Liverpool in 2018! I was invited up by Clark Gilmour, their artist and repertoire scout after sending in my "Here comes the sun" video, and it was a fantastic day! A real career highlight

I started gigging in 2015, when I toured with a band across the UK.
We performed at many events such as weddings, festivals, parties and private events across the UK before I started my journey as a solo act in 2017 when i discovered my singing voice and skill as a solo performer!
I love all events! Whatever it is, I will do it!
It takes me around 45 minutes - 1 hour to setup and soundcheck and to introduce myself to the client.
I like to arrive 1hr30mins before start time for solo acoustic sets, and 2 hrs 30 mins before a full wedding day booking, again to introduce myself, familiarise myself with the venue and the client and do a thorough soundcheck to ensure everything is perfect for their big day.
Yes! Weather permitting of course! I have 2 Jackery power packs so i am fully self contained for power, only requiring power from the venue for larger set ups.
I can learn specific songs before the event, but i usually limit this to two songs before charging extra as it takes time to learn songs! You can however choose songs out of my folder of 100+ songs, and people usually find something they know and love!
