Playing at Edinburgh Castle was pretty amazing, but it is hard to single my experience down to one between competing, intimate and large performances.
I started at the age of 8, and began as a competitive piper, before becoming naturally busy and transitioning into this as my full-time job and moving from my home in Scotland to London.
It may be morbid, but I get a sense of honour playing at funerals, making someone's final send off meaningful. I also enjoy the buzz of playing happy couples into their meal, or when I can get people up dancing.

Yes, I will learn anything that works on the pipes for them.
Previous clients often describe my performances as powerful, moving, and memorable. They regularly comment on the quality of the playing, the atmosphere it creates, and how the music adds something truly special to the occasion, whether that’s a quiet, emotional moment or a celebratory entrance.
