Funk’N’Soul performed at a wedding celebration held at Maisemore Gloucestershire on 28 August. The two hour set and DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, which was exactly what was wanted!! Awesome night!

Couldn't recommend the band more, they were truly amazing! Funk'N'Soul performed at a corporate party for us, they came with a DJ included which was a bonus. Everyone was dancing and had an incredible evening. Will definitely use them again

Another amazing wedding event last night with the fabulous Soul'N'Funk, Lee and Kate’s first dance ‘You Send Me’ Gregory Porter. Performed for the first time by the band went down a treat to the surprised Bride. Guest trumpet player for the evening, the hugely talented, and very nice guy…… Bryan Corbett - Brand New Heavies.

Such an amazing band at our wedding in Portmeirion, our guests kept asking us how we found you and we told them my mother in law had seen you play at a wedding before. If you are thinking of booking Soul'N'Funk, do not hesitate as not only are they extremely talented but they made everyone’s night because of how entertaining and friendly they were.

Just had a fantastic night celebrating Fiona’s sixtieth. We all thoroughly enjoyed Soul'N'Funk. Thank you to all xx.

Soul'N'Funk, were absolutely amazing at our wedding last night. Not only are they super talented musicians but they also put on a fantastic show. The dance floor was packed all night. I would highly recommend for any occasion.

Excellent band!! Had the pleasure of seeing this band at a party on Saturday have to say…one of the best bands we’ve seen!! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Singers were amazing and the band was just fab!!! Would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I saw the guys at a wedding on Saturday..absolutely brilliant. Kept the crowd going all night..very engaging…best live band I’ve ever seen. Would definitely recommend, I hope I get to see u again!

ONE OF THE BEST ACTS AND SHOWS WE HAVE HAD. George Michael tribute with Soul'N'Funk Band has to be one of the best acts and shows we have had in this theatre for a few years, so authentic and highly energetic with great vocals, backing vocalists and a great band, the audience was up dancing from the very first song right through till the end of the show, these guys will be back for sure.

Thank you so much, you were a pleasure to work with, we loved having you. We will certainly keep you in mind for anyone looking for the WOW factor!

Having recently been involved in organising a big birthday for one of our family members, I can wholeheartedly recommend Soul'N'Funk. Our party was a great success and a large part of that was down to the great music provided by the band and DJ service. This is a large band of very accomplished musicians with great arrangements and showmanship thank you Soul'N'Funk.

Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME!

It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha!

Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers, I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! Not forgetting the Swing Singer and Quartet you also provided. Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us and our guests – you knocked all of our socks off! We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone and everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again for any future event that we’re having. Hi Sam! We would just like to say the biggest thanks, the evening went so well, everyone was buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! The band made our night so special for us and Dale and the band made that possible. We knew you were fantastic but on the night you lit up the sky and everyone thought the Band was amazing.

Your help and advice sorting the stage in the lead up to our wedding was exceptional, you were so helpful, accommodating and reassuring when we had a question or query. Brilliant Band! Brilliant gig at Hanbury folks, feel that groove. Special credit to stand-in bass player. Great live entertainment, table-top Hendrix skills, great frontman. And wow Dee's vocals.

Enjoyed many years on the road with Dale Gibson, as trumpet player with the Drifters, the legend that was Johnny Moore, always said that Dale, was one of the best players he ever worked with here or Stateside!

Brilliant tunes last night at Kate & Lee's wedding. Kept me dancing way beyond what my feet could endure. Not just a band but a whole entertainment package. You signed, sealed and delivered for sure.

We had the most amazing and magical day. It was overwhelming to be surrounded by people who we love and who had all gone to huge effort to celebrate with us especially so close to Christmas. You all made the day amazing!

Thank you so much for performing at the wedding - we had such a great time dancing and so many of our guests commented on how incredible the band was. In fact, one couple I know have already been in touch with you about their wedding next year, and another I know are hoping to ask you to perform at another party too. The quality of the musicianship was absolutely fantastic and the guys were so great at getting everyone involved.

Absolutely recommend!!! I'd provide a testimonial for SoulNfunk anytime. I've heard the band for over 4 years and the wide genres covered, the music and tribute acts are so professional. The talented musicians deserve every penny and more. There's nothing like a live band and these guys are Tip Top!!

When SoulNfunk, started with “pick up the pieces” my jaw dropped and I couldn’t find it for the remainder of the performance. It’s great to see a band where the instruments are not in the way, instead they complement the musician. Seeing Nords abused was a treat. Vocal was outstanding too…from Prince to Brown…and with such energy. phenomenal! It was a pleasure being the audience. Thank you. Marcin Gwozdz.

Dale & the band.Thanks for making Mike & Lisa’s big day special. Without your music the whole day would not have flowed as beautifully as it did. The musical collection (and the way we could choose our favourite tunes) was excellent and catered for all the different tastes on the night. My husband Mike and I were extremely happy with the funky tunes which Funk ‘n’ Soul did at our wedding. Everybody commented on how good they were which was great to hear. What was  really special though was that the band sang our first dance – Al Green ‘Lets Stay Together – which was AMAZING! We will never forget that special moment. Thank you xxx

To anyone who wants their party to go with a bang!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Funk N’ Soul excelled themselves at my birthday party last Saturday – they really made the evening for me. What was really brilliant about this band was that they had learned some of my old favourite songs specially for the evening and they brought the house down! They are all full time professional and very accomplished singers and musicians and really lovely, friendly folk too! It would seem that nothing is too much for them – they even played along with my youngest daughter who played Happy Birthday on her trumpet for me! They also looked like they were all having fun performing and the vibe in the marquee was so upbeat that no-one cared about the torrential rain outside! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fantastic time! Thanks again guys for making my day! Love Sally
