Starlet Beat really got our wedding reception party going. They are great performers and kept everyone dancing all evening. Their enthusiasm was infectious - they obviously love performing. Karen was very helpful ahead of the event making sure that she knew what sort of music we wanted. She was extremely professional which meant that all went smoothly. We would highly recommend Starlet Beat!

We are just back from our mini-moon and reflecting on what a magical day last Saturday was. It was so great to have you there playing for us, as you can tell our crowd was an enthusiastic one and I don’t think I left the dance floor once! So great to have this as the first party back after lockdown. We loved your sets and singing, thank you! Great card from you all too and I loved your little touch of the lightbox with our names in! We booked Starlet Beat for our joint 40th birthday and 10 year wedding anniversary party. They were fab and entertained the crowd brilliantly. Would definitely recommend for any celebration you may be having!

Lakeside booked Starlet Beat on the recommendation of friends who had seen them perform locally. The recommendation was more than justified...these girls are dynamite! They supported our comedy act in style and the audience were up on their feet immediately. Good looks, great musicianship and highly entertaining... ROCK ON GIRLS!

Starlet Beat played at our wedding and absolutely made our night! Everyone was up and dancing and we had so many comments from people on the night and after the wedding about how much they loved the band. They have amazing energy and are incredibly fun, as well as all being brilliant musicians. They learned a song for us and their version is right up there with the original for us! Karen was really easy to deal with in the run up to the wedding - so lovely to chat to and we really appreciated how much effort she put into researching the venue/liasing with them so that everything went smoothly. Absolutely perfect from start to finish, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely incredible, Starlet Beat made the best day of our lives even better! Since our wedding a month ago we have continued to receive comments from guests about how brilliant the band were. Everyone was dancing for the whole night! Karen was great at communicating before the event, taking onboard all our suggestions and including them in either the band's set or DJ sets in-between. She offered to perform our first dance song and the band learnt and played it brilliantly. We were an hour late getting to the dancing from some overrunning speeches but the band were not only remarkably good natured about this they were also really accommodating, fitting the full sets in a shorter time so we still got the full amount, even though we expected to be cut short as it was us running late. We cannot thank you enough! The music was so well arranged and performed with brilliant back-to-back medleys and something for everyone; we didn't leave the dance floor while they were on! So glad we had the full 8-piece lineup too because it was so good. I can't gush enough about how brilliant they were and the wedding card we found when we got back from honeymoon was also such a sweet touch. Book them! You won't regret it. We are already trying to work out whether we can afford an anniversary party as an excuse to have them back...Thank you, thank you, thank you! xxx

Just to say thank you so much for last night, you guys were amazing! We had a great time and so many people told us how great they thought you were, how fun they found your sets and how much energy you all had (everyone is particularly in awe of how amazing you were, especially in those heels!) You totally made our night!

I saw the girls play in a pub in Hampton and I didn’t know what to expect…they completely blew my mind! As a proffessional musician I can be quite picky about bands, especially function ones; they left me speechless! Two long sets with smooth transitions, amazing arrangements and perfect harmonies. With their incredible grooves (and stamina) they made the whole crowd dance non-stop until the end, I’ve never seen a pub audience ask for two encores this loudly! Absolutely worth a watch, I won’t hesitate to contact them for any event.

If you need a function band, especially one entirely comprised of crazy-talented women, look no further!
