Stevie Bagpipes transported us back in time with his traditional Scottish performances.

Mr Christie's preparation and planning prior to our big day was flawless, answering our many questions and considerately guiding us at every step.
He went beyond the call of duty by gleefully entertaining even our earliest guests, some of whom appeared hours earlier than expected!

Dressed head to toe in immaculate Highland attire, Stevie Bagpipes brought a dignity, tone, and manner fit for the most Royal of weddings.
Stevie performed each anthem with ceaseless vigour, unmistakable passion, and gave a rousing Gaelic toast that raised the roof off our 14th century castle, before exiting our venue to deafening cheers from each and every one of our day guests.

Stevie Bagpipes gave us the powerful finishing flourishes we needed to ensure our wedding was as magical as it was memorable.

Stevie played at our wedding last weekend and we can truly say he helped make our day everything we had hoped for.
He went above and beyond from his communication to wearing his Mackay tartan (my family tartan) on our big day. His rendition of Highland Cathedral gave us both goose bumps and Scotland the Brave had the whole church clapping and stamping as we walked down the aisle for the first time as husband and wife.
His warm infectious personality shone through out the day and he felt like one of the guests and we have had nothing but amazing comments about him.

Stevie's contribution to my daughter's wedding at Doxford Hall on 29 April 2023 was substantial. He greeted the guests, piped us up the aisle and piped her and her new husband from the Ceremony Room. He then announced them into the Wedding Breakfast. He's a thoroughly good chap and clearly loves his art. Amazing talent, awesome impact, simply brilliant.

Stevie piped at our wedding in May & he was amazing. From that first meeting he was fantastic & everyone who came to our special day commented on him. He welcomed our guests, piped us down the aisle, piped us into our reception & was also our master of ceremonies. I wouldn't hesitate use him again. Thankyou so much again for being with us on our wedding ❤️

Stevie is a great guy and a wonderful piper. He was a fantastic addition to our wedding day and we are so glad that he was able to be with us. With clear communication and quick responses from first contact through to the day itself he was always very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his range of music was fab. The added bonus of the pipers toast after being piped into our wedding breakfast was very special and a lovely touch.

Recently piped at a relatives funeral, leading up to the event he was utterly professional, putting myself and the family at ease and liaising directly with the funeral service director over the proceedings on the day, and easing the burden on the family.
On the day, he was immaculately turned out, and his piping of the Laments were faultless, his presence really made the final journey of our Loved one very special, everyone has commented how lovely it was to hear the pipes, and i cannot thank Stevie enough for his efforts on a very sad but through him an uplifting day. Stevie played at our wedding in October and exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond, and impressed so much our guests still speak about how amazing he was. He conducted the ceremony as we requested and all of our guests were impressed with his musicality and have great knowledge of highland tunes with assistance in picking the right tunes for the occasion . Played at Mams funeral last week, fantastic piper. Kept us right with what would sound good or not. Gave us an extra tunes at the family gathering afterwards. Would highly recommend.

We had Stevie attend our wedding with his bagpipes and he was absolutely amazing, and we had so many guests comment how lovely and great he was!
He played as our guests arrived at the church, played us out of the church and again played us into our wedding breakfast as well as doing a traditional toast!

Stevie attended a weekend event supporting the Royal Marines Charity at Clennell Hall Hotel in Northumberland.
Stevie made every effort to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to do this as our timings moved considerably. His playing of the bagpipes on completion of our minutes silence was so moving and totally appropriate to the moment. He is a complete professional with the personal touch and is willing to help make the occasion very special. The immaculate traditional dress also adds to the overall package provided by Stevie. He’s already booked for next year.
