Teannaich 5 piece folk rock ceilidh band

We need a performance area of at least 2.5 meters deep and 6 meters wide. We need 2 13 amp power sockets near the stage area.

We have our own profesional PA system and basic lighting.

We need to know directions to the venue and where we should load in as well as any specific load in requirements. We also need to know if there is a sound limiter in the venue.

We are happy to put on a playlist of music during our breaks either using our own playist or one you put together.

We have performed all over the world at ceilidhs from 40 to 800 people.

We all love lots of great music from some of the brilliant Scottish tradtional bands to classic rock, funk and jazz.

The band got together while at university as part of a Scottish folk music group in 1996 and have been going ever since, we have been playing since then playing all over Scotland/England/Europe and even further afield.

We love playing any events, as long as everyone is having a great time dancing.

We take around 45-60 minutes to setup and soundcheck and play for up to 4 hours for a ceilidh including breaks of at least 30 minutes.

We are happy to play outside as long as there is some cover incase of rain.

We are happy to do whatever ceilidh dances you would like to do (or not do).

People always love the energy we bring to our ceilidhs along with the fantastic calling that makes everyone able to join in and have a great time.
