Duncan was fantastic! He was a wonderful addition to the day and fundamental to the awesome atmosphere of our very special day. We could not have asked for more! Duncan was a pleasure to deal with from the outset and provided wonderful music for my wife's 80th party.

Although a relatively late decision to get a guitarist, we were so incredibly happy that Duncan was able to come and play for our ceremony and drinks reception. The acoustic guitar created such an incredible ambiance for the ceremony itself and his song choice and playing was spot on throughout with some old favourites as well as new songs which everyone was able to recognise and enjoy. It added to the enjoyment of our day so much and a special thank you to Duncan for helping make it so special! Would definitely recommend Duncan for any event!

Duncan was an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during and after the event. He was responsive in the build-up and had arrived and set up in plenty of time. He made a huge effort to take on our requests and even helped me with a surprise for my wife to be! Duncan communicates quickly and clearly by email so there is no uncertainty whilst waiting for responses. He arrived on time, was polite and charming and a self-starter with regard to the setting up process. Most importantly, he chose music that suited his audience and played it beautifully.

Duncan was everything I had hoped for. I booked him very last minute and he was so helpful and kind and then when it came to the event..he played every song wonderfully + more. Duncan very kindly played at our wedding in June 2017. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were therefore lucky enough to have him playing outside where all of our guests were gathered as well. It was beautiful music and nothing too intrusive or loud. We chose the modern playlist with a few 'classics' in there so there was plenty of songs in there that everyone could recognise and we received several compliments from our guests about him. We were so pleased we booked Duncan. He's brilliant at what he does and it really added to the relaxed and fun atmosphere of the day, we wished we had booked him for longer! He was also so friendly, a real pleasure to have at our wedding.

We booked Duncan for our 40th Anniversary Party. We were concerned that it should be right. As the party was in a normal house, would the music be too loud or be such a major feature that it dominated proceedings? No worries! It was perfect background music, creating the intended atmosphere and all our guests complimented us on our choice. Duncan has a huge repertoire from which to choose. Excellent!!

What can I say; an absolutely fantastic performance by Duncan. A slightly unusual gig in as much as it was on top of a hill on a plantation of Christmas Trees! Duncan was amazing. The occasion was the wedding of our daughter, day 2 celebration. A real outdoor event. Duncan is not only incredibly talented, but a really nice person and from start to finish, an absolute professional. Thank you so much for adding that special something to a brilliant day. Duncan played for our wedding recently and was absolutely fantastic. Right from the initial booking, his communication was very efficient, always making sure he knew exactly what we wanted from the performance. He learned 2 brand new songs for our ceremony, both of which sounded great and were exactly what we hoped for! There's always a little apprehension in booking someone unknown to you for such an integral part of your wedding day, but Duncan definitely didn't disappoint. Feedback from guests was that as they came into the ceremony room, Duncan was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even whilst playing! We can't recommend him highly enough, thank him for making our ceremony even more special!

Your music was brilliant and thank you for performing my favourites - particularly loved the Norah Jones number. Lots of the guests came up to me at the finish to ask about you and say how much they have enjoyed your performance. We'd love to see you perform again.

Beautiful music, set just the right tone during our wedding ceremony on the beach. All if our guests commented how amazing it was having Duncan playing with his guitar throughout. Duncan went above and beyond to make our day special and we are so grateful for him travelling all the way to bournemouth for the day. Wish we could do it all over again!

I booked Duncan to play at my 60th Birthday Party Celebration. It was a Spanish theme and Duncan set exactly the right tone for the event. My guests and I had a brilliant time at the party and that was in no small part due to Duncan and the music he played. I found Duncan charming and very easy to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Duncan played beautifully for two hours during a drinks reception and dinner. His music was varied and enjoyed by all with great feed back coming from our attendees. Duncan played for us at a lunchtime celebration for our Silver Wedding. His music was superb - just brilliant - and exactly the type of music we wanted. Duncan played background music at our house warming party of around 75 people. His playing created a brilliant ambience meaning everyone felt comfortable and relaxed straight away. Duncan is clearly an established and talented musician with a lovely, friendly demeanor. Friends have already asked for his number and we would certainly recommend Duncan very highly.

Duncan was perfect for our house party of 60 people aged between 7 and 75 years old ! His guitar playing was excellent and his 2hr repertoire was perfect for the occasion... His playing and happy manner won over everyone, and will certainly lead to more bookings and recommendations.

It was such a special day for us and Duncan playing our favourite songs during the ceremony helped create the perfect atmosphere. In the run up to the wedding his communication was excellent and he certainly settled our nerves thanks to his confident, friendly manner. The songs we chose weren't typical of wedding ceremonies but he played them beautifully. He was smart, punctual and very professional. We will definitely book him for future events and would recommend him to anyone.
