We booked The Scott Standards to perform at my husband’s 40th birthday party and I don’t think I can write a review positive enough to give them justice for how incredibly fabulous they were! From the ease of the booking process with the lead singers…so personal, patient and warm…to the insanely magnificent performance at the party. It’s still what everyone talks about, the amazing jazz trio! I can’t recommend their talent enough.

The Scott Standards are consummate professionals. They took our event to a higher level and were received well by our guests, so much so, that they wanted us to dispense of the rest of the programme, and let them continue to perform for us. 10/10 for customer satisfaction.

When I found out they were available for my wedding, I was absolutely over the moon. From the very first meeting the lead singer was so accommodating and tailored a customised package to fit exactly what I wanted. She guided me through song choices with such patience. Her communication was flawless, both on Instagram and WhatsApp, always quick to reply and so supportive throughout the planning process. On the day itself, they were professional, punctual, and the lead singer Lucinda looked absolutely stunning, dressed perfectly for the occasion. During our preliminary Microsoft Teams meeting, I outlined the event brief, and she listened with great care, offering insightful and creative suggestions that reflected her considerable experience. Following this discussion, the group prepared two outstanding set lists. On the evening of the event, they arrived well in advance to set up equipment and conduct a thorough sound check prior to the arrival of our guests. From the stage within the marquee, the group presented a striking visual presence and throughout the performance they completely captivated the audience! Despite the stormy weather and intermittent heavy rain, they carried effortlessly, maintaining clarity and strength against the elements.
